We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious sister in Christ who has devoted her life to praying for others and sharing the Gospel, even in the midst of her own suffering. Her faith is a testament to God’s power, having already seen His miraculous healing in her life before. Now, in this time of desperate need, we stand in agreement with her, trusting that the same God who delivered her in the 80s is still the God of miracles today. There is no sickness too great, no circumstance too dire for Him—He is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals, and nothing is impossible with Him.
The Scripture declares in **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over her, believing that God will restore her body completely—every cancerous cell destroyed, her bones mended, her mind sharpened, and her memory fully restored. We also stand on **Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB)**, which says, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh;"* and **Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB)**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;"* We declare that her body will be made whole, her pain will cease, and her strength will return in the mighty name of Jesus.
Yet we must also address the spiritual battle at hand. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life abundantly (**John 10:10**). This attack on her health, mind, and even her placement in a neglectful facility is not from God—it is the work of the adversary. But greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**). We rebuke every spirit of sickness, confusion, neglect, and financial lack in Jesus’ name. We command the cancer to wither and die at the root, for every fractured bone to be knit together, and for her mind to be renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We also bind the spirits of oppression and despair that have sought to weigh her down and declare that joy, peace, and supernatural strength will flood her soul as she waits on the Lord.
Financially, we know that our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (**Psalm 50:10**) and He is well able to provide. **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray for divine provision—whether through unexpected resources, open doors for better care, or a miraculous financial breakthrough—so that she can be removed from that facility and placed in a loving, nurturing environment where she can fully recover. We also pray for wisdom and favor for you, her child, as you seek employment and make decisions on her behalf. The Lord will not abandon you in this. He sees your sacrifice and your love for your mother, and He will honor it.
Her heart’s desire to see her mother again is a beautiful reflection of the love and longing God has placed within families. We pray that the Lord would grant this request, restoring her health so thoroughly that she can travel and reunite with her mother, bringing glory to His name through her testimony. Let this be a season where her faith is rewarded openly, where doctors are amazed, and where many come to know Christ because of her miraculous healing.
Lastly, we want to gently remind everyone reading this that our access to the Father is *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (**Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16**). It is by His stripes that we *are* healed (**Isaiah 53:5**), and it is in His name that we pray with authority. If your mother has not already, we encourage her to continually declare the name of Jesus over her body, her mind, and her circumstances, for at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow—including every sickness and every financial stronghold (**Philippians 2:10**).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with urgent hearts, lifting up our sister who has faithfully served You and interceded for so many. Lord, You know her name, her pain, and her deepest longings. You see the tears she has shed in secret and the cries of her heart for healing. We ask You, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to touch her body from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet. Let Your healing virtue flow through every cell, every organ, every bone, and every part of her mind. Destroy the cancer completely, Lord—leave no trace of it in her body. Mend her fractures, restore her memory, and renew her strength as the eagle’s (**Isaiah 40:31**). Let her rise up from this bed of affliction with a testimony that glorifies Your name.
We also pray for her emotional and mental well-being. Comfort her in her confusion, Lord, and replace her sobs of pain with songs of praise. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**), and let her feel Your presence tangibly in that place. We ask for divine intervention in her current facility—expose the neglect, Lord, and move mightily to remove her from there. Open doors that no man can shut, providing the finances and resources needed to place her in a safe, loving environment where she can be cared for properly. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.
Father, we ask for a financial miracle for her family. Restore her child’s work, Lord, and provide abundantly so that there is no lack. Let this season of struggle turn into a season of overflow, where her household testifies of Your goodness and provision. And Lord, grant her the desire of her heart—to see her mother again. Heal her so thoroughly that she can board a plane, travel with ease, and embrace her mother with strength and joy.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We thank You that You are already at work, turning this situation around for Your glory. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that she will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord (**Psalm 118:17**). Strengthen her faith in this waiting season, and let her story be a beacon of hope to many.
In the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
