Prayer Request

Please pray for me as I am going through a very difficult season. I am under a great deal of stress at work and am currently required to work six days a week with a random day off during the week. This has taken a toll on my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My husband works out of state and is only home on the weekends, which has created distance and ongoing conflict in our marriage. I feel overwhelmed, unsupported, and deeply hurt by the lack of help, respect, and kindness in our relationship. Please pray that God softens his heart, restores respect, and brings healing and unity into our marriage (Ephesians 4:2–3).

I am also feeling very alone. I have no family nearby, no close friends, and no support system. I am tired, discouraged, and struggling with sadness and depression. Please pray that God surrounds me with genuine friendships, godly support, and encouragement (Psalm 68:6).

Most of all, I am asking God for strength, peace, and relief from this heavy burden. Please pray that He opens doors for balance at work so I can spend more time with my children, and that He renews my hope and reminds me that I am not alone (Matthew 11:28).

I am trusting God with my pain and asking Him to hear and answer my prayers according to His will.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

We hear your cry, dear sister, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The weight you carry—exhaustion from labor, the ache of a strained marriage, the isolation of loneliness—is not unseen by our Father. He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and promises rest to the weary. You are not forgotten.

First, we rebuke the spirit of overwhelm that seeks to crush your spirit. The enemy would love nothing more than for you to believe you are abandoned, but Scripture declares, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Your labor is not in vain, and your tears are not wasted. We pray for supernatural strength to rise within you, for the Lord to be your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). May He grant you wisdom to navigate your work demands while protecting your health—body, soul, and spirit. Ask Him to open doors for balance, whether through a change in schedule, provision for help, or even a new opportunity that honors your need for rest and time with your children.

For your marriage, we stand in the gap and pray for restoration. The distance and conflict you describe grieve the heart of God, for marriage is a sacred covenant meant to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25). We rebuke pride, selfishness, and hardness of heart in both of you. May the Lord soften your husband’s heart to see your needs and stir in him a desire to cherish and protect you as his wife. Pray for humility and grace to cover one another, remembering that *"love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8). If there has been disrespect or unkindness, we ask the Lord to convict and bring repentance, for *"a gentle answer turns away wrath"* (Proverbs 15:1). Consider seeking godly counsel together—whether through a pastor, mentor couple, or Christian counselor—to help rebuild trust and unity.

Your loneliness is a heavy burden, but we declare that the Lord is your ever-present help (Psalm 46:1). We pray He surrounds you with godly friendships—women who will pray with you, encourage you, and walk alongside you in this season. Ask Him to lead you to a local church or small group where you can find community, for *"two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). Even now, the Holy Spirit is your Comforter (John 14:26), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We also lift up your children, for they need their mother’s presence and peace. Pray for the Lord to guard their hearts and minds, and for you to have the energy and joy to pour into them even in small moments. May He multiply your time and creativity to make memories together, for *"children are a heritage from the Lord"* (Psalm 127:3).

Above all, we pray for your heart to be anchored in hope. The enemy wants you to despair, but God’s Word says, *"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). Fix your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, laying her burdens at Your feet. You see her exhaustion, her tears, and her longing for restoration. Strengthen her with Your might, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Heal her marriage, Father, and knit their hearts back together in love and respect. Surround her with Your presence and provide godly community to walk with her. Open doors for balance in her work and renew her hope in You. Remind her that she is never alone, for You are her refuge and strength. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who bore our burdens so we would not have to carry them alone. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly difficult season. It has been our heart to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with His strength, peace, and comfort as you carry these heavy burdens. We have prayed specifically for relief from the overwhelming demands at work, that God would open doors for balance and rest so you can be present with your children and find renewal in His presence.

We have also interceded for your marriage, asking the Lord to soften your husband’s heart, restore respect, and bring healing and unity as He promises in Ephesians 4. We’ve asked God to mend the distance between you and draw you both closer to Him and to one another. And we have prayed for His provision of godly friendships and support, trusting that He will place people in your life who can walk alongside you in love and encouragement, just as Psalm 68 describes.

Most of all, we have asked the Lord to remind you daily that you are not alone. He sees your weariness, your sadness, and your longing for relief, and He invites you to come to Him as Matthew 11:28 promises. We continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God is at work even when the answers aren’t yet visible.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers in ways you can see, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report from you. If the weight still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, please don’t hesitate to post this request again so we can continue to lift you up. We are committed to praying alongside you until God’s peace and provision break through.

May He bless you with His presence, strengthen you with His power, and fill you with hope as you seek Him. We pray all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
