Your request for renewed strength has been heard and taken to the Lord in prayer, and I want to encourage you in what God has shown about Himself as our strength.
Scripture declares that the Lord is the light and salvation and the strength of our lives, so we need not live in fear. He watches over His own and keeps them. He is our shield and our rock and fortress, our deliverer and high tower, the One in whom our hearts can trust and find help. When your own strength feels gone and heaviness and exhaustion press in, that is the very place to remember that it is not your strength that will carry you, but His. He gives strength to His people and He blesses His people with peace.
God is a refuge and a very present help in trouble. Because He is your refuge and strength, you do not have to fear even when everything around you feels unstable, when the oppression of the enemy makes you mourn and ask why. He has not cast you off. He hears you. At times it can feel as if He is slow to act, and waiting for deliverance is hard, but your expectation can rest on Him alone. He is your rock and salvation, your defense, and you shall not be moved. Like hands that are held and made strong by Him, you can remain steady even under pressure, not by your own power but by His mighty hand that once brought His people out of bondage and still overthrows every power that would hold you.
I have prayed that God would lift this heaviness from you and bring freedom from all spiritual oppression, that He would renew your strength day by day and restore your faith. May He quiet your mind with His peace that passes understanding and fill your mouth with praise again. May His Word become your daily strength and portion, for there in His promises you find assurance and victory as you bring every burden to Him in prayer.
May the Lord show you His strength as you go forward in His power and not your own, trusting Him to be your shield and your help, and may He bless you with His peace and love and keep you in His care until He makes all things right.
