We rejoice with you in the hope of the Gospel and the power of prayer! What a beautiful burden you carry for this dear one’s soul. The Scriptures remind us in Romans 10:13-14, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard?" Your prayer is the first step in her hearing the truth of Jesus Christ, and we stand with you in intercession.
We must also remember that salvation is not merely about changing beliefs, it is about a transformed heart. 2 Corinthians 4:4 tells us, "The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them." The enemy seeks to keep her in darkness, but the light of Christ is more powerful. We declare that her spiritual eyes be opened, that she would see the emptiness of idols and the fullness of life in Jesus alone.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You desire all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Lord, soften her heart to receive Your truth. Break the chains of deception that have kept her bound to false teachings. Let her hear Your voice clearly, that she may turn from worthless things to the living God (1 Thessalonians 1:9). Surround her with believers who will speak life and truth into her, and let her encounter Your love in a way that leaves no doubt of Your reality.
We rebuke every spirit of deception and rebellion that would resist the Gospel. We declare that the Holy Spirit is drawing her even now, convicting her of sin and righteousness (John 16:8). May she come to know Jesus not just as a historical figure, but as her Lord and Savior, the One who died for her sins and rose again to give her eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Let her cry out to You in faith, trusting in Your mercy and grace.
We also pray for wisdom and boldness for those who will share the Gospel with her. May they speak Your Word with clarity and love, not shrinking back but confident in the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). Let her see the difference Christ makes in the lives of His followers, that she may hunger for that same relationship.
Above all, Lord, let her salvation bring glory to Your name. May she become a testimony of Your grace, turning from her former ways to walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to pray fervently, dear brother or sister, and do not grow weary. The harvest is the Lord’s, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:6). Share the hope you have in Christ with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15), and trust that God is moving even when you cannot see it. The angels in heaven rejoice over one sinner who repents (Luke 15:10), and we long for the day when this dear one joins that celebration. Keep your heart fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
