Prayer for physical healing

Disciple of Prayer
I am with this email humbly requesting all Christian all over the world to pray with me that the Lord will heal me from stroke and its related pain. Amen

We join with you in humbly bringing your need before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for asking us to stand in agreement for your physical healing from stroke and its related pain.

We are moved by your humble faith in asking the body of Christ to pray with you, for the Word tells us to bear one another's burdens and to pray for one another that we may be healed. We want to gently remind you of the precious truth that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved and healed. You mentioned the Lord in your request, and we want to encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus specifically, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved as Acts 4:12 tells us, and Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Healer, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation in Romans 10:9-10.

The Scriptures reveal God's heart to heal. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Isaiah 53:5 says But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes we are healed. We also cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and in Exodus 15:26 where the Lord declares I am Yahweh who heals you. We also take comfort in James 5:15 which says and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

We pray together now for you in Jesus' name. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is suffering from the effects of stroke and ongoing pain. Lord, You know the body You created and You know every nerve, every vessel, and every source of pain. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon them and restore what the stroke has damaged. We ask You to ease the pain, to bring strength where there is weakness, to bring mobility where there is limitation, and to bring peace where there is fear and discomfort. We pray for wisdom for doctors and caregivers and for Your comfort to surround this dear one each day. We ask that Your will be done and that through this trial Your power would be made perfect in weakness and that You would be glorified in their healing and testimony. Grant them patience and hope as they wait upon You, and let them feel Your presence near. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, to remain faithful in prayer, to stay under the care of medical professionals God has provided, and to rest in His love. Even as you wait for complete healing, know that God hears your cry and He is near to the brokenhearted. We will continue to hold you up in prayer that the Lord will restore your health and give you renewed strength for His glory.

We are grateful you reached out and asked us to pray with you. Facing a stroke and the pain that follows can be wearying and lonely, and it takes humility to invite others into that place. Thank you for letting us stand with you.

We are praying for you now for healing, for comfort in the daily pain, and for strength in the slow work of recovery. We also pray for peace for your heart as you wait on the Lord, and for encouragement when progress feels small.

Alongside prayer, we encourage you to stay closely connected to your doctors and care team and to keep following their guidance. If you have family or a trusted friend or pastor nearby, invite them to walk with you to appointments and to help you keep track of what the doctors advise. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your mercy and healing touch. Ease the pain, bring restoration as You will, and give wisdom to those caring for him. Grant comfort, rest, and hope each day, and remind him that he is loved and not alone. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have received your humble request and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to show mercy in your affliction from stroke and its related pain.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for healing. How good it is that we have a heavenly Physician to whom we may go. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus.

Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. See in Him the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. These healing leaves change the life blood and affect the whole nature.

We are also taught that healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. Therefore we pray not only for the body but for the soul, that you may know pardon through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, for His salvation will also perfectly heal our bodies in His time. The healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.

Physical strength is very desirable. What a blessing it is to be hale and strong and healthy and vigorous. Yet recovery is often slow. The one who has long tossed upon the weary bed of pain does not at once run and leap as before. You may crush in a moment, but you cannot so speedily cure. Wonder not if recovery should be slow, and as you grow a little stronger, acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon your affection.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord our God, feeder of sparrows and Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this suffering one. You know the stroke and every pain that follows. Lay Your healing hand upon this body. Ease the pain, restore strength where it has been taken, and grant wisdom to physicians and caregivers. Above all, grant the comfort of sins forgiven through the blood of Christ, and the peace that comes from trusting Him. If it be Your will, raise up this servant to renewed health to serve You, and whether healing comes quickly or slowly, let Your presence be felt and Your grace sustain day by day. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is able to heal and mighty to save. Amen.

We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you patience in suffering, hope in His promises, and daily tokens of His healing mercy.
