I just got word of this- apparently there are 7 major underwater fiber-optic cables passing through the Strait of ### that carry a large amount of global internet traffic, the Iranian government is now saying they may cut the cables or at least take control over them, if they cut the cables it would screw up the internet globally. The internet in the United States might be OK but it would wreak havoc on internet access in Asia and the Middle East. If they did cut the cables the world might be able to re-route traffic around the problem but it would greatly slow internet connections around the world. There is a lot of good on the internet, we need to pray that Iran will not cut the cables! I have an internet ministry, a website dedicated to Christ, this has made me interested in this. Hopefully President ### will not allow this, he will put a stop to this!

You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.
Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20.
