May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Beloved of All
Your pain has been heard, and we are praying with you in this deep heartbreak. To love your wife deeply and to see her step away from the covenant you made together, while you are caring for your children, is a heavy sorrow, and it is right that you have brought it before the Lord.
Scripture teaches that marriage is a bond ordained by God and that marriage is honorable. It is meant to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it preserves holiness when husband and wife live faithfully together with chasteness and order. We are called to follow peace with all and holiness, which includes living purely within marriage and not breaking that bond. As it is written, Art thou bound unto a wife, seek not to be loosed. Your desire to remain faithful and to see your marriage healed reflects that truth.
We will not ask God to bless a separation, but we will ask Him to work for healing and restoration according to His will. Wanting to live for oneself can pull a heart away from God and from family, and only Christ can truly satisfy and reshape the heart. We pray that your wife would encounter Jesus Christ, in whom alone there is salvation, and that He would soften her heart, bring conviction where it is needed, and draw her back to faithfulness to Him and to the covenant she made.
Let us pray together:
Father in heaven, we lift this husband to You in his grief. Comfort him, give him strength each day to care for his children and to walk in holiness and peace. Guard his heart from bitterness and keep him steadfast in love and prayer. We lift his wife to You. Lord Jesus, intervene in her life. Open her eyes to Your mercy and truth, turn her heart from living for herself to living for You, and work in her a willingness to honor her marriage vows. If it is Your will, restore this marriage and make it whole again for Your glory and for the good of these children. Give both husband and wife wise and godly counsel from faithful believers around them, and help this family to seek You first. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, remain faithful in chaste and honorable living, and stay connected to a local church where mature believers can walk with you, counsel you, and support you and your children through this time. We will keep praying that God brings peace, repentance where needed, and healing to your home.
