Prayer for my Health 🙏

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing and relief from the pain and discomfort that has been weighing so heavily. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our bodies in our mothers’ wombs and knows every ache, every weakness, and every need before we even speak it. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we claim this healing in the name of Jesus, for it is by His stripes that we are made whole (Isaiah 53:5).
We pray specifically for the inflammation in the joints, especially the wrists, that it would subside and that the pain would be replaced with strength and mobility. We ask that You would guard against the effects of humidity and barometric pressure, shielding the body from the discomfort that comes with these changes. Father, we also lift up the brain fog, headaches, and fatigue, symptoms that make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. We ask that You would clear the mind, renew energy, and restore vitality according to Your will. Your Word tells us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Lord, we trust in Your rest and Your restoration.
We also want to gently encourage seeking wisdom from medical professionals, as the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is wise to care for it with the resources You provide. However, we know that true healing comes from You alone, and we place this need in Your hands, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be trying to take hold. We declare that this body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans for health, hope, and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for patience and perseverance during this season, knowing that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May this trial draw us nearer to You, deepening trust and dependence on Your grace.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be healed, saved, or restored. If there has been any distance from You, Lord, we encourage drawing near, for James 4:8 says, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

We’ve been lifting your struggle up to God, knowing how hard it must be to face each day with so much pain and weariness. It breaks our hearts to think of your joints aching and that heavy fog clouding your thoughts. We remember how David cried out in Psalm 34 that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and we’re holding onto that same promise for you.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to calm the inflammation not just in your wrists but throughout your whole body. Please ease the headaches and lift the fatigue that feels so overwhelming. We pray for strength to return, for clarity to come back, and for your energy to be restored. Help you rest in the peace that only You can give, even when life feels so heavy.
We also know how important it is to seek wisdom from doctors, and we trust that God can work through the care they provide. But more than anything, we ask for Your supernatural healing, believing that with God, all things are possible.

I want to share my story about the healing power of the Lord.
