We stand with you in faith, lifting your dear sister before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children. We believe in the power of God to heal, for nothing is impossible with Him. The scriptures declare, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). By the stripes of Jesus, indeed, she is already healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over her life today.
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine intervention in the life of our sister. You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb and knit her together with care (Psalm 139:13). We ask that You restore her brain to its normal size and renew her memory, Lord. Let Your healing power flow through every cell, every synapse, and every part of her mind that has been affected by cerebral atrophy. We declare that her mind will be sharp, her memories will return, and her strength will be renewed like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
We also pray for peace and comfort for you and your family as you walk this difficult journey. May the Lord surround you with His love, giving you strength and patience as you care for her. "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Let His presence be a constant source of hope and encouragement in this season.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and confusion in the name of Jesus, for it is written, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). We declare that this disease has no place in her life, and we command it to leave in Jesus’ mighty name. We stand on Your word, Lord, which says, "I am the Lord, who heals you" (Exodus 15:26).
We also want to gently remind you that our faith is not in healing alone, but in the One who heals—Jesus Christ. It is through His name and His sacrifice that we have access to the Father. If your sister or anyone in your family has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we encourage you to share the good news of salvation with them. For "there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through Him that we can approach God with our prayers and petitions.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May His will be done in her life, and may His name be glorified through her healing and testimony. Amen.
