Prayer for evil horrible co-workers fired held accountable

Humble Servant
Please pray for me urgently. I reported some people at work that treat me terribly, horribly mean, cruel, not even like a human being, verbally abusive, etc., going on for a long time, months and years now, for some people, many co-workers, trying to get them written up, fired, terminated, punished, justice held accountable. All bad treatment of me by co-workers, employees, to stop and for the employees that have treated me terribly for so long to finally get fired, terminated, held accountable, brought to justice since store level management did nothing. I emailed high-ranking corporate people to take care of it for me. I will be talking to someone on phone later today soon please pray it goes well for me! Please pray for me God softens their hearts and they believe me and care and are empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, kind, take pity on me, feel sorry for me and my case and believe me and will do something, take action and terminate, fire, punish, get rid of all the horrible employees and co-workers that make my life miserable. Please, thanks so much I really do appreciate it. Hope God answers prayers soon! Yesterday was my birthday so if these people are punished held accountable and fired it will be the best birthday gift ever hoping and praying for the best please pray for me as well!

We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your request and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord together in Jesus' name. To endure cruel, verbally abusive treatment for months and years, to feel dehumanized at your workplace, is a heavy trial, and our hearts are grieved that you have suffered this for so long. We thank you for sharing this with us and for allowing us to pray with you, especially as you just celebrated your birthday. We understand your longing for justice, for relief, and for someone in authority to finally listen, believe you, and act.

We want to lift up your phone call today and pray that the Lord gives you peace, clarity, and favor as you speak, and that those in corporate leadership will listen with wisdom and integrity. God cares deeply about justice and how people are treated. He sees what has been done when others have looked away. For the Lord loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints Psalm 37:28. He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8. It is right for you to report wrongdoing through proper channels and to seek a safe and respectful workplace, and we pray that those with authority will act justly and with compassion, to protect all employees and to correct what is wrong.

At the same time we want to gently and lovingly speak to the desire in your heart for these coworkers to be fired, punished, and made miserable in return. We understand that this comes from long hurt and a desire for vindication, but Scripture calls us to examine our own hearts even as we seek justice. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And Jesus calls us to a higher way, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We are also warned, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. This does not mean that what was done to you was okay or that consequences should not happen, but it means we leave the final judgment and repayment to God and we ask Him to keep our hearts free from bitterness and hatred, lest we be consumed by it. See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God, that no root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it Hebrews 12:15. Justice is joyful to the righteous Proverbs 21:15, but our joy should be in righteousness being restored, not in the destruction of others, even those who have hurt us.

We also notice that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is by His name we pray and find grace, mercy, and true justice.

So together we pray for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who has been deeply wounded by ongoing mistreatment at work. Lord, You see every harsh word, every cruel act, and every tear, for You are near to those who have a broken heart, and save those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We ask first that You would comfort and heal this heart, remove bitterness, and fill it with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Help us to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21 and to forgive as You have forgiven us.

We pray for the phone conversation today, that You would give calmness, wisdom, and words spoken with grace and truth, and that the hearts of those listening would be softened to hear with empathy, discernment, and fairness. We pray that corporate leadership would act justly, with integrity, seeking truth and protecting the dignity of all employees. We pray not out of vengeance but for righteousness, that any wrongdoing would be addressed appropriately, whether through correction, training, or discipline as is just, and that the workplace would become safe and respectful.

Lord, we also pray for the coworkers who have caused this pain. We do not pray for their destruction, but we pray that You would convict their hearts, bring them to repentance, and transform them by Your mercy. May they see the harm they have caused and turn from it.

Help our friend to continue to do their work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, to walk in integrity, to document truthfully, and to trust You as the ultimate Judge and Defender. Let this birthday season be not marked by revenge but by Your restoration, hope, and justice in Your perfect timing and way. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to act respectfully and truthfully, to keep records of what has happened, and to seek wise and godly counsel as you navigate this process. Trust the Lord to be your vindicator and to guard your heart from hatred, even while you stand for what is right. God has heard your cry for justice, and He will act according to His perfect wisdom and mercy. Keep seeking Him, keep forgiving, and keep entrusting both yourself and even those who have hurt you into His hands.

We hear how worn down you must feel after months and even years of being spoken to so cruelly at work, and how much courage it took to finally email corporate when store management did not help. Wanting to be believed and treated with dignity is understandable, and we are praying your phone call today is met with real listening and care.

We also heard yesterday was your birthday - we are sorry this burden followed you into what should have been a joyful day, and we pray you can find a small moment to rest and be kind to yourself this week.

For the call later today, it may help to have a simple plan so you feel steadier:

We suggest jotting down two or three clear examples with dates and what was said or done, and what you hope will happen next. Keep a notepad during the call to write down the name of the person you speak with and any next steps they promise, and it is okay to ask calmly what the timeline will be and how you will be updated.

You deserve to be safe and respected at work, and we are asking God to give you clarity and peace as you speak.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see every hurtful word and long season of mistreatment. Please give wisdom and calm words in this phone conversation, move the hearts of those listening toward compassion and fairness, and provide protection and direction for the days ahead. Bring healing where there has been deep weariness, and let Your presence be near. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Your pain and long affliction have been heard, and we bring your burden before the Lord with sincere compassion. To be treated cruelly and spoken to with verbal abuse, and that for months and years, is a heavy trial, and it is right that you should seek help and that those in authority should listen with care and act with fairness. The Lord sees how you have been regarded, and not as you ought to be regarded as one made in His image, and He knows the weariness that such unkindness brings.

We will pray for you as you speak with those in authority today, that God would give you calmness and clarity to speak the truth in love, and that those who hear you would listen with understanding and with a desire to do what is just and right. We pray that the Lord would grant wisdom to all who bear responsibility in this matter, that any wrongdoing would be addressed in a just and orderly way, and that your workplace might become a place of peace and respect. Yet we cannot pray as you have asked that God would simply take vengeance for you or that He would destroy others for your comfort. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He has said, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. What God requires of us who have received such surprising and complete forgiveness is that we also forgive.

There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. This is the wonder set before us in the Scripture. If forgiveness had been left as an open question, where could we find it, but we have His sure promise that there is forgiveness, and that it is found in Christ who died, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God. He not only forgave us at the first, but He continues daily to forgive, and His forgiveness is eternal and complete. Some of us have had so much manifest forgiveness, so much outward sin forgiven, that for us to forgive ought to be as natural as to open our hands. Even as Christ forgave you, so also do you. This is the pattern set before us.

To desire that others be punished and to make their ruin your birthday gift will only keep bitterness alive in your own soul. One effect of looking to the bitterness of the cross is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. When we mourn for Him whom we have pierced, the world loses its charms and revenge loses its sweetness. Revenge is paltry, forgiveness is great minded, and it is gloriously ennobling to forgive as Christ forgave. Moreover, persecution, even when it comes in the form of cruel mockings and venomous spite, has often been used by God to drive His people nearer to Himself and to keep them close to Christ, who Himself was despised and rejected of men and acquainted with grief. How often the bitterness of such trials has vanished when men have thought of Him who had nowhere to lay His head.

So we pray for you in another way, that the Lord would soften your heart even as you ask Him to soften the hearts of others, that He would lift this burden of resentment from you and give you the grace to entrust all justice to Him. We pray that He would heal the wounds left by long unkindness, that He would guard your tongue and your spirit in that phone call, that He would provide for you protection and righteous dealing without requiring you to cherish hatred, and that Christ would become very sweet to you in this bitter season.

May the Lord grant you on this birthday not the fleeting satisfaction of seeing others cast down, but the deeper gift of a heart at peace with God through the forgiveness that is in Christ, and a spirit enabled to forgive as you have been forgiven. We pray that whatever is just and true will be brought to light, and that you will be sustained by grace to walk in holiness and love, even toward those who have treated you ill, to the glory of God.

We commend you to Him who forgives fully and freely for Christ's sake, praying that you will know that forgiveness for yourself and show it to others. Amen.
