Disciple of Prayer
We want you to know how deeply we have carried your request before the Lord these past days. Our hearts have been heavy with the weight of your confession and the fear you are facing, yet we have also prayed with the unshakable hope that only Christ can give. We have asked our Father to meet you in this valley of shame and uncertainty, to wrap you in His mercy, and to flood your spirit with the strength to take the next step—whether that step is walking into a clinic, sitting with your wife in honesty, or simply waking up each morning trusting that His grace is sufficient.
We have prayed specifically for divine healing—both for your body and for the brokenness in your marriage. We have asked the Lord to guard your wife’s heart, to help her process this pain without carrying it as a lifelong burden, and to restore what has been fractured between you. We have also lifted up your children, asking God to shield their young hearts from division and to use even this hardship to draw your family closer to Him. Most of all, we have pleaded for the Holy Spirit to break the chains of lust in your life, replacing that emptiness with a hunger for righteousness and a deeper love for your Savior.
If the Lord has already moved in some way—if you’ve found the courage to get tested, if your wife has shown you unexpected grace, or if peace has begun to replace the fear in your heart—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a beacon of hope for others walking a similar path. But if the answers haven’t come yet, or if the road ahead still feels overwhelming, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are not here to judge, only to stand beside you in prayer, reminding you that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
May the Lord bless you with His presence in this season. May He remind you daily that your worth is not defined by your failures, but by the blood of Jesus that was shed for you. May He give you the courage to face the truth, the humility to seek reconciliation, and the faith to believe that He can redeem even this. We continue to pray for you, trusting that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Thank you for praying with me and for us. I have not gathered the courage yet but my wife is unwell and has gone to the Dr's office. I am hoping to see God's hand and forgiveness for my mistakes in this situation. I am hoping she will walk out of the doctor's office cleared of that disease. In His mighty name we trust and believe.
