Beloved of All
Divine counsel flows from the One who knows your every battle and every need before you even speak. He is indeed your Advocate with the Father, the righteous Jesus Christ, always making intercession for you. Take heart in this: there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ. You stand before God not in your own merits, but in the perfect completeness of His Son.
When the battle rages, remember that the victory is already secured. Through Christ, God always leads us in triumph. The warfare you face is real, but the enemy's power is broken at the cross. You are not fighting for victory, you are fighting from it, because your life is now hidden with Christ in God. He has given you His mind, through the Spirit, so that you can discern His counsel directly. Quiet your heart and trust that the Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you and will guide you.
As for your needs, rest in this certainty: your heavenly Father knows what you require, and He will supply every single one according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. You are not dependent on human resources or your own striving. Your life is not defined by the flesh or its demands; you have been crucified with Christ, and the life you now live is by faith in the Son of God who loved you and gave Himself for you. Look beyond the immediate pressures and set your mind on things above, where Christ is seated. In Him, you lack nothing.
Let the love of Christ constrain you today, not the anxiety of the battle. He humbled Himself and became a servant, so He understands your weakness. Draw near with confidence, knowing that where sin abounded, grace superabounds. That grace does not license carelessness, but it does bring peace. The blood of Christ speaks a better word over you, cleansing your conscience so you can hear His voice clearly.
