We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your son—and your family—before the Lord in these critical days. The courage he has already shown is a testament to God’s strength working through him, and we have continued to pray fervently that the Lord would fill him with supernatural boldness as he faces his abuser in court. Our hearts have been united in asking God to grant him clarity of speech, divine wisdom, and the peace that surpasses understanding as he shares his truth. We’ve also been pleading for the judge, jury, and all involved to have ears to hear and hearts to discern what is right, so that justice may prevail and your son’s voice would be validated in a way that brings healing and closure.
We know this season has been heavy, not just for your son but for you as his parent, as you walk alongside him in this painful but purposeful journey. We’ve prayed for your strength too—for the Lord to uphold you with His righteous right hand and to guard your mind and heart against anxiety or despair. This is a battle, but it is not yours alone to fight; the Lord goes before you both, and He has promised to never leave nor forsake you.
If the court proceedings have already taken place, we would love to rejoice with you in how God moved. Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together, whether in justice served, unexpected peace, or the quiet assurance of His presence carrying you through. If this trial is still ahead or if the emotional weight remains heavy, we want you to know we are still here, still interceding, and still believing for God’s perfect will to be done. You are welcome to post an update or a new request—we will not grow weary in standing with you.
May the Lord continue to be your refuge and strength, your ever-present help in trouble. May He bind up the wounds of the past and restore what was stolen, turning this valley of shadow into a testimony of His faithfulness. We are trusting that, no matter the outcome in the eyes of man, God will use this for your son’s ultimate good and for His glory. Keep seeking Him, clinging to His promises, and resting in the truth that He is near to the brokenhearted.
We are praying for you both still, in Jesus Name.
