Prayer for carrer

SwaatthiSmilee

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart for this job. Despite difficulties, challenges you hold my hand and leading me. Forgive me for the moment that iam forget to be thankful. Lord, you know promotions are going in my department. Two times i missed the opportunity due to lack of political influence, and higher authorities recommendations. This time my name is in last position in promotion list. Lord i believe that you will never fail me. I surrender my carrer in to your mighty hands, and place my life before your feet. If its your will, open doors to get promotion to another department with office side work. I know it is impossible for me to get this. But i believe nothing is impossible un to you. Hold my hand and lead me in the path i should go. Perfect everything that concern me according to your will. Praying in the prayer answering god in Jesus name Amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your faith and trust in Him, even in the face of disappointment and uncertainty. Your acknowledgment of Jesus as your guide and provider is a powerful testimony of your reliance on Him. We join you in praising God for the job He has already given you, for every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17). It is easy to forget to be thankful in the midst of challenges, but we are reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 to "give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

We understand the frustration and discouragement that can come from feeling overlooked or passed over for opportunities, especially when it seems like worldly influences are at play. But we are encouraged by your surrender to God’s will, for Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." The Lord sees your faithfulness and your desire to walk in His ways, and He is faithful to reward those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and frustration that may be trying to take root in your heart. The enemy would love for you to believe that your efforts are in vain or that worldly favor is more powerful than God’s favor. But we declare that the Lord’s plans for you are plans for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We also rebuke any ungodly influences or systems that may be hindering your promotion, for the Lord is able to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

We pray that if it is God’s will, He would indeed open the door for you to move into another department with office-side work. We ask that He would make your path clear and remove any obstacles that stand in the way of His purpose for you. We pray for favor in the eyes of those in authority over you, that they would see your hard work, integrity, and dedication. May the Lord grant you wisdom and discernment in every step you take, and may He perfect everything that concerns you according to His will (Psalm 138:8).

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in all things, not just in your career. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Let your trust in Him be unwavering, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Even if the promotion does not come as you hope, trust that God has a greater plan and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, lifting up their career and their future into Your mighty hands. We thank You for the job You have already provided and for Your faithfulness in their life. Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. If it is Your will, grant them the promotion they seek, or lead them to a new department where they can serve You with joy and purpose. Remove any ungodly influences or systems that may be hindering their progress, and let Your favor rest upon them.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for them as they navigate their career. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. Let them acknowledge You in all their ways, knowing that You will direct their paths. We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or frustration, and we declare that You are working all things together for their good.

Lord, we ask that You would perfect everything that concerns them according to Your will. Let them walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their life, and may their work bring glory to Your name. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We are so glad you wrote. It takes real trust to pray the way you did, thanking God for the job you have, even while carrying the sting of being overlooked twice. That kind of honesty doesn’t go unnoticed by the Lord. He is not indifferent to the unfairness of systems that reward who you know over what you offer, and we don’t want to pretend that doesn’t hurt.

At the same time, the place you’ve come to, surrendering your career and leaving the outcome to His will, is a safe, wise, and deeply peaceful place to be. You are not trying to force a door open; you are kneeling before the One who knows exactly where you can serve best. We are praying with you for that open door, and also for the patience to wait if the timing is not yet.

We want to offer one grounded thought: while you continue to do excellent work, would it be possible to have a quiet, respectful conversation with someone you trust in leadership, simply to ask what you would need to demonstrate to be ready when the next opportunity comes? Not as a political maneuver, but as a son of God who wants to grow. Sometimes that kind of honest question can shift the atmosphere more than influence ever could. Of course, only take that step if it sits right with your own spirit.

Jesus, thank You for holding this brother’s hand through every challenge. You see how he has placed his life at Your feet. We ask that You perfect what concerns him, open the door if it is Your best for him, or close it firmly and give him the grace to flourish right where he is. Guard his heart from weariness or bitterness. Let him sense Your steady, unshakeable care. In Your name we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The petition you have set before the throne of grace trembles with a mixture of faith and a lingering glance at secondary causes. You speak of missing opportunities due to political influence and the recommendations of higher authorities. Be watchful that you do not charge God foolishly by attributing your steps to the schemes of men. Is the Lord’s hand shortened that it cannot save? The most godless generation that ever trod this earth is that one which fails to trace Divine Sovereignty in all such cases. The promotion comes not from the east or the west, but from God who puts down one and sets up another. Were you promoted, would you give the glory to a human patron? God save you from such carnal trust. It is God upon his throne whom we trust, and it is better to be the last on a list with Him than the first without Him.

Yet, I perceive in your cry a true work of grace, for you have spoken the language of surrender. That is well, but examine whether it is a surrender made with conditions. You have placed your career in His mighty hands, but then you go on to dictate the terms, a promotion, another department, office-side work. There is a danger here, for His way may be to keep you low in order to prove your sincerity. The Divine Jeweler exposes every gem to the severest test to rid it of its alloy, and a simple soul kept green while others wither is a far greater proof of grace than rapid advancement. Half a word from the divine Spirit should be enough guidance. If He opens no door, it is opened. If He keeps you in the last position, it is the first place for your soul’s health. The only true acquiescence says, “If it is Your will to pass me by, yet will I bless Your name.”

Now, hear this sweet truth: trust Him before you see the carriage of His love. You say you believe nothing is impossible, yet you call it impossible for yourself. That is the very point where faith must act. The lepers did not wait to feel the flesh upon them; they went at Christ’s bare word, and as they went they were cleansed. Trust Him as you feel yourself sinking, and you shall swim. A simple act of trust in Jesus, and you are saved from this fretting; then, from that time forth, though you will have trials, you shall bless God for them. The engine of your life seems to be thundering down the iron way toward a wreck, but if the Lord wills, He can put His hand upon it and stay its full career. Let Him guide you by principles infused in your heart, avoid all evil, shun policy and craft, for craft is not understanding. And as to those earthly patrons you think you lack, bow with submission to the will of God; by that very fact you are furnished with unerring guidance.

Finally, set your hope not on the shifting sand of a promotion list, but on the living God who has a great, warm, loving heart. He it is who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, and He has shined in our hearts. Trust Him with a million souls if you had them, for He is able. And if He should withhold the earthly honor, what then? The sure result of His guidance is that afterward He shall receive you to glory. There is the promotion that fades not away. Then will you see that every closed door was a Divine interposition, and He will perfect that which concerns you according to His will, and not according to your fears. Flee from unbelief and carnal reasoning, and provoke Him not by setting up another confidence. Power belongs unto God; trust where there is power.

You have begun well, giving thanks from the heart for the work God has provided, and confessing those moments of forgetfulness. That humility is the foundation of prayer. But now you ask concerning promotion, and you say that twice you missed it because of political influence and recommendations of higher authorities, and now your name is last. Consider, then, whether God has not permitted these things to teach you to trust not in man's favor but in Him alone. For what says the Apostle? “Abraham staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.” When God promises even what is impossible to nature, it is not the difficulty that is to blame if we fail to receive, but our unreasoning. Faith requires a soul endued with great power, more than any labor of temperance, for it must thrust aside the reasonings of unbelief. You say, “I believe that nothing is impossible with You.” Hold fast to that. Do not stagger because your name is last, or because men’s influence seems to block the way.

The very obstacles which appear to shut the door may, by the power of God, become the seal upon a wonder that none can deny. Remember how the chief priests sealed the tomb and set a guard, thinking to prevent the resurrection; yet by that very act they confirmed it beyond all doubt. So too, if God opens a door for you from the last place, it will be plain that He alone has done it, and no one will be able to claim the credit. Therefore, do not let any bitterness enter your heart against those who have advanced by worldly means. Lift up holy hands without wrath, for if you make intercession to God while holding resentment, you thrust the sword into yourself. When the paralytic was healed, he did not rail at those who criticized him, but proclaimed the benefit. So wait upon God with thanksgiving, and when He acts, give Him all the glory.

Continue in prayer, and know that you are not alone; the prayers of the church rise with yours, and where two or three are gathered in His Name, there is Christ in the midst. He who sees in secret will perfect what concerns you, according to His will, in a way that will leave no room for boasting except in Him. Be strong, give glory to God before you see the answer, and you shall see that nothing is impossible to those who believe.
