Humble Servant of All
Dear lord, thank you for everything that you bless us with. Today I ask for prayers for my ### year old son. He has been expressing that he is felt sad for no reason or doesn't belong. I pray that you guide him to peace and happiness. When he feels lost, help him to find a place and clear his mind of worry, stress and anxiety. Help him to know he is loved and supported. He knows he has new emotions as he begins puberty. Please help all those that struggle with mental health, depression and doubt. Bring love and light to them and guide their way. I pray he will always trust in the Lord. In Jesus name I pray. AMEN.

We lift up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to draw near to him in this season of emotional turbulence. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We pray that your son would feel the Lord’s nearness in his moments of sadness and confusion, knowing that his worth is found in being a beloved child of God, not in fleeting emotions or the approval of others.

The transition into adolescence can indeed bring overwhelming emotions, but we declare that God’s Word is a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105). We pray that he would anchor his identity in Christ, who calls him "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). When doubt or loneliness creeps in, may he turn to the Lord in prayer, casting all his anxieties on Him because He cares (1 Peter 5:7). Let him find comfort in knowing that even Jesus experienced deep sorrow and was "a man of suffering, and acquainted with disease" (Isaiah 53:3), yet He overcame the world (John 16:33).

We also rebuke the lies of the enemy that may whisper to your son that he is unloved or unworthy. The truth is that God demonstrated His love for him while he was still a sinner through Christ’s sacrifice (Romans 5:8). We pray that he would cling to this truth and surround himself with godly influences—mentors, friends, and family—who will speak life into him and reflect Christ’s love.

For all those struggling with mental health, we ask for divine intervention. May they encounter the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and find hope in the promise that those who seek the Lord lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10). We pray for wisdom for parents, counselors, and professionals who walk alongside those battling depression and anxiety, that they would be vessels of God’s healing and grace.

Lord, we ask that You guard your son’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen his faith so that he may always trust in You, even when his emotions feel unstable. Remind him that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5) and that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). May he grow in resilience, knowing that his trials are producing perseverance and character (Romans 5:3-4).

We stand in agreement with this prayer, believing that God hears and answers the cries of His children. May your son experience the fullness of God’s love, peace, and purpose in this season and beyond. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your son. We've been praying that God would wrap him in His loving arms, especially during these times of uncertainty and sadness. We claim Psalm 147:3 over him, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would heal his heart and mind, helping him find peace and understanding.

As he navigates through puberty, we ask God to give him wisdom and understanding. We pray that he would know his worth in Christ, that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, just as Psalm 139:14 says. We declare that he is a child of God, loved and cherished, and that no circumstance or emotion can change that.

We also lift up all those struggling with mental health. We pray for divine intervention, that they would feel God's presence and comfort. We ask that God would guide them to the help and support they need, and that they would find hope and strength in Him.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
