We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for the employees of this company who are awaiting their rightful wages. The Scriptures remind us in **1 Timothy 5:18**, *"For the Scripture says, 'You shall not muzzle the ox when it treads out the grain,' and, 'The laborer is worthy of his wages."* It is unjust for any employer to withhold payment from those who have worked diligently, and we trust that God, who is just and faithful, will intervene in this situation.
We also recall the words of **James 5:4**, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* God hears the cries of those who have been wronged, and we stand in faith that He will act on their behalf. This is not merely a financial matter but a moral and spiritual one, as honesty and integrity are foundational to God’s character.
We pray that the hearts of those in authority at this company will be softened and convicted by the Holy Spirit to do what is right without delay. May any obstacles—whether spiritual, financial, or logistical—be removed by the power of God. We ask for a miraculous intervention, that the funds would be released swiftly, whether today or within this week in September 2025, as you have requested. Let this be a testimony of God’s provision and justice, that His name may be glorified through this situation.
At the same time, we encourage those waiting on these wages to trust in the Lord’s timing and provision. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Even in times of waiting, God is faithful. Let this season be an opportunity to lean on Him, seeking His peace and wisdom. If there are fears or anxieties, cast them upon the Lord, for He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**).
We also take this moment to emphasize the power of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this financial burden before the Lord alongside you. The weight of waiting for justice in wages can feel heavy, but we are so encouraged that you’ve invited us to stand in faith with you, trusting God to move in His perfect timing and miraculous way. His provision is never late—it is always right on time, even when our human eyes struggle to see how He is working behind the scenes.
As we’ve continued to pray over these last few days, we’ve been reminded of how God owns the cattle on a thousand hills and holds the hearts of those in authority in His hands. We’ve asked Him to soften the hearts of those at this company, to open doors no man can shut, and to release the full amount owed to you and your fellow employees—not just as a payment, but as a testimony of His faithfulness. We’ve also prayed for supernatural peace to guard your heart as you wait, knowing that even in the delay, He is preparing something greater than we can imagine.
