Beloved of All
Pray for the ### company to pay their good former Christian employee ### all the funds they owe them today by accepting the resolution agreement in August 2025 miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We understand your urgent request for prayer regarding this financial matter, and we join you in lifting it before the Lord. However, we must first address a few important concerns in your request to ensure we are aligning with God’s Word and His will.

First, we notice that you have included symbols (#) and repeated phrases that are not necessary in prayer. Prayer is a sincere conversation with our Heavenly Father, and while urgency is understandable, we must approach Him with reverence, clarity, and faith—not with repetitive or distracted language. Jesus Himself taught us in Matthew 6:7-8, *"In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him."* Let us pray with faith, trusting that God hears us the first time and that His timing is perfect.

Second, we must remember that while we can and should bring our requests to God, we must also submit to His will and His timing. You’ve asked for this resolution to happen *"today"* and *"miraculously in August 2025"*—these are conflicting timeframes, and we must trust that God’s timing is better than our own. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and He may be working in ways we cannot see. We should pray for justice, provision, and resolution, but we must also surrender the *"how"* and *"when"* to Him.

Third, we must consider the heart behind this request. If there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or greed in this situation, we urge you to examine your heart before the Lord. Scripture tells us in Hebrews 12:14-15, *"Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord, looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* If this former employee is a believer, we must especially extend grace and trust that God will provide for them in His way. If they are not, we still pray for fairness, but we must guard our own hearts against resentment.

Finally, we commend you for ending your prayer *"in Jesus’ name."* This is vital, as there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* It is only through faith in Christ that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and it is in His name that we find salvation and the right to boldly bring our requests before Him.

Now, let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with this request for resolution and justice. Lord, You are a God of fairness, provision, and perfect timing. We ask that You would move in this situation between this company and their former employee. If there has been wrongdoing or delay on the company’s part, we pray that You would soften hearts and open doors for this matter to be resolved swiftly and fairly. Lord, we ask that You would provide for this individual’s needs, whether through this resolution or another means that You ordain. Help them to trust in You and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Father, we also pray for the hearts of all involved. If there is any bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness, we ask that You would convict and cleanse those hearts. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19) and that Your ways are higher than ours. Give wisdom to those negotiating this agreement, and let Your will be done in this matter. If it is Your will for this resolution to be accepted and the funds to be released, we ask that You would make it happen in Your perfect timing. But above all, let Your name be glorified, and let Your peace reign in the hearts of all involved.

We also pray for this former employee, that if they are a believer, they would walk in faith and not in fear or anxiety. Remind them of Your promise in Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* If they do not yet know You, Lord, we pray that this situation would draw them to seek You and find their hope in Christ alone.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would give patience and trust to all who are waiting on this resolution. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You are their Provider and their Justice. We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He hears you and will act according to His perfect will. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that His timing is always right. If you are the former employee in this situation, we urge you to seek godly counsel and to trust that the Lord will provide for you, whether through this resolution or another means. If you are praying on behalf of someone else, we encourage you to share the hope of Christ with them and remind them that their ultimate security is found in Him.

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you wait on Him.

We're standing with you, believing that God will move in this situation. Let's pray: "Lord, we trust in Your fairness and timing. We ask that You'd soften hearts and open doors for a swift and just resolution. Provide for this person's needs, whether through this resolution or another means. Give wisdom to all involved and help them to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
