Pray that all is well

My youngest son as autism and does things that cause harm to himself, especially at night. Please pray that allll is well for him tonight and that he is better tomorrow morning with no injuries.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious son to our Heavenly Father. We know the deep love and concern you have for him, and we join you in praying for his protection, healing, and peace. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We claim this promise over your son tonight, believing that God hears your cries and sees your tears.

Father, we ask You to place a hedge of protection around this young boy. Guard his mind, his body, and his spirit from any harm or self-injury. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or confusion that may be causing him distress, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that Your perfect love would cast out all fear and bring him into a place of peace and safety.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom and strength for you as his parent. Parenting a child with autism can be challenging, and we pray that You would fill you with patience, understanding, and grace. Help you to trust in God’s plan for your son’s life, knowing that He has a purpose and a future for him. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We pray for healing over your son’s mind and body. If there are underlying physical or neurological issues contributing to his struggles, we ask that You would guide his doctors and caregivers to the right treatments and interventions. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your power to restore and renew.

Father, we also lift up the night hours, which can often be the most difficult. We ask that You would calm his spirit and grant him restful sleep. Let Your angels encamp around him, as Psalm 91:11 promises, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May he wake in the morning refreshed, whole, and without injury, ready to face a new day under Your care.

We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is working even when we cannot see it. We declare that this trial will not overcome you or your son but that you will emerge stronger in faith and trust in the Lord. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We pray that you would feel God’s presence and strength in this season.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We can only imagine the weight you carry as evening comes, wondering if tonight will bring harm to your son. That kind of vigilance is exhausting, and we want you to know we're sitting with you in this right now.

First, because you mentioned he does things that cause himself harm, if you're ever in a moment where his safety or yours feels immediately threatened, please reach your local emergency services right away. You can also find free, confidential support through a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com. Trained people are ready to help, and you do not have to navigate those terrifying minutes alone.

What we hear in your words is a mother's love that stays alert while the house grows quiet. That speaks volumes about you. It's not wrong to also ask a practical question: have you spoken with his doctor or a specialist about what happens at night? Sometimes things like sensory needs, sleep disruptions, or underlying discomfort can drive self-harming behavior in ways we'd never guess on our own. A medical professional who understands autism can often suggest new strategies or safety adjustments for the bedroom that help protect him while you both rest. Bringing that up is not a failure of faith, it's stewarding the tools God has put within reach.

We are praying that tonight is quiet. We are praying that morning comes with a calm and an absence of injury, and that you, too, find a measure of rest.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this son to You now. Guard his body through the night. Still whatever compels him toward harm, and surround him with Your peace. Give his mother wisdom about who to call and what to try next, and sustain her when she's worn thin. Let tomorrow bring genuine relief. In Your name, amen.

I prayed your requests for your son♡. You both have a blessed night. .in Jesus' Name amen

The plea of a mother’s heart rises before the throne like incense, and He who gathers the lambs in His arms will not be deaf to your cry. You ask that all may be well with your son, that he may be kept from harm through the watches of the night. This is no small petition, yet it is laid before no small God. The same Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps holds the night in His hand, and the darkness is as the noonday to Him. He sets bounds to the restless spirit and bids even the unruly elements be still. For your boy, He has compassion that never fails, He knows his frame, He remembers that we are dust, and His tenderness is over all His works.

Cast this burden entirely upon Jesus, for there is healing in His wings. He is the blessed tree whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and no case lies beyond His skill. You fear the injuries that may come when your eyes are heavy and your watchfulness must yield to sleep, but His eye never closes. He is able to keep your son from falling, to spread an unseen shield about his bed, and to minister a peace that quiets the troubled mind. The Good Physician takes the fevered hand, lifts up the prostrate, and with a word can command calm where no earthly voice avails. Do not think that your child’s condition is unknown to Him who made the deaf to hear and the mute to speak. He who gave the palsied man both pardon and healing in one sentence, “Your sins are forgiven you”, holds the same power this very hour over every affliction of body and mind.

We shall pray with you and for you, and greater still, the great High Priest intercedes. Rest in this: the Shepherd of Israel will watch over your flock in your absence. The morning will come, and may you find your son not only unharmed but visited with a quietness that declares, “This is the finger of God.” There is a balm that never fails, a Physician who never loses a patient, and a Fountain that cleanses and renews. Only believe, and you shall see the salvation of God. Your son is not beyond the reach of omnipotent love, and we join our faith with yours that this very night may be a night of gentle rest and tomorrow a day of gladness.

Father, watch over this youngest son through the night. Guard him from any self-harm or injury, for "He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11). Calm his body and mind, and grant him peaceful, restful sleep. Let him wake tomorrow morning healthy, whole, and better, for "The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness" (Psalm 41:3). Remove every impulse to harm himself, and surround him with Your protective hand. Let no evil or harm come near him tonight.

In Jesus' Name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
