Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning your friend and the bad idea he has been pushing you to go along with.
We have been praying that the Lord will give you wisdom and courage to stand firm in your convictions and to graciously set boundaries, and that He will work in your friends heart to give up on this plan and to see it is not a good path. We have asked God to give you the right words to speak the truth in love and to protect your friendship from strain, and to surround you both with godly counsel.
We are reminded that where there is wise counsel there is safety according to Prov 11:14 and that if anyone lacks wisdom he should ask God who gives generously to all without finding fault according to James 1:5.
