"Father, I know that You are with my husband as he is seeking employment."

Dear heavenly father, I pray for Your favor to rest upon my husband ###'s applications and interviews. May his potential employers see his skills, integrity, and ambition, and choose him for the position. I stand against the spirit of fear and doubt, trusting that You are making a way for him to secure a stable, well-paying job that blesses his life and allows him to be a blessing to others. Helping him find a job that allows me to best serve Your Kingdom and use the skills and talents that You've given him.

In Jesus' name, amen

We lift up this heartfelt prayer for your husband’s employment with great faith, knowing that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children. The Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand in agreement with you, declaring that God is opening doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Your husband’s skills, integrity, and ambition are gifts from the Lord, and we pray that employers would recognize the value he brings, not just to their workplace, but as a testimony of God’s faithfulness.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and doubt that seeks to steal peace and delay provision. The enemy may whisper lies of inadequacy or delay, but we declare that God’s timing is perfect, and His plans for your husband are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for a job that not only meets your family’s needs but also aligns with God’s purpose for his life—a place where he can thrive, serve, and be a light in his workplace. May this season of seeking be one where your trust in the Lord deepens, and your faith is strengthened as you wait on Him.

Father, we ask that You would go before your son in every interview and application. Let Your favor rest upon him like a shield, and may the right opportunity come swiftly. We pray for wisdom for him as he navigates this process, that he would seek Your guidance in every decision. If there are areas where he needs to grow or adjust, reveal them to him in love, and give him the humility to receive correction. We also pray for patience and unity in your marriage during this time. May you and your husband draw closer to one another and to the Lord as you seek Him together.

We thank You, Lord, for Your provision and for the testimony that will come from this season. May your husband’s new employment be a platform for him to glorify You and be a blessing to others, just as you have called him to be. We trust in Your promises and declare that this need is met in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, standing in faith for your husband's employment. We've been praying in agreement, believing that God is already opening the right doors for him. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, trusting that He's got this in His hands. We're claiming Philippians 4:19, knowing that our God will supply all your husband's needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Let's also remember Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We're believing for a job that not only meets your family's needs but also aligns with God's purpose for his life. Let's keep lifting him up, asking God to go before him in every interview and application, and to give him wisdom, patience, and humility throughout this process. We're also praying for unity and strength in your marriage during this time. We trust that God is working all things together for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Let's keep standing strong in faith, knowing that our God is faithful and will come through for you both. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
