We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your husband and your family in prayer. We are deeply moved by your faith and trust in God’s provision, especially after He so clearly blessed your husband with employment after a season of waiting. The stress and pressure he is facing now are not unknown to our Heavenly Father, who sees every burden and hears every cry. We stand with you in agreement, believing that God is not only able to secure his position but also to open new doors of opportunity according to His perfect will.

The scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise of provision, but a declaration of God’s faithfulness to His children. We also hold fast to Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Your husband’s job, his peace, and your family’s financial stability are not left to chance, they are under the sovereign care of our Lord.

We must also address the weight of stress and the toll it can take on a man’s spirit, his marriage, and his family. The enemy would love nothing more than to use this pressure to sow discord, doubt, or division in your home. But we rebuke that spirit of anxiety and oppression in the name of Jesus! We declare that your husband will not be overwhelmed, but instead, he will rise with wisdom, favor, and divine strategy. We pray that God would grant him supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and that he would walk in the confidence of knowing that his steps are ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23).

We also lift up your marriage and family unity. Financial strain can test even the strongest of marriages, but we pray that you and your husband would stand together in faith, not allowing the enemy to drive a wedge between you. Ecclesiastes 4:12 tells us, "A threefold cord is not quickly broken." When a husband and wife are united in prayer, purpose, and trust in God, they become an unshakable force. We pray that your home would be filled with love, patience, and mutual respect, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Now, we must address a matter of biblical principle in your prayer. While we appreciate your heartfelt cries to God, we noticed that your prayer did not consistently invoke the name of Jesus as the only mediator between God and man. 1 Timothy 2:5 states, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is by His blood that we are redeemed (Ephesians 1:7). We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone, His death, burial, and resurrection, for the forgiveness of sins. If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of our faith and the source of all our prayers.

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious family to You. Lord, You are the Provider, the Sustainer, and the One who opens doors that no man can shut. We ask that You would secure this husband’s job, removing every spirit of stress, oppression, and uncertainty that seeks to weigh him down. Grant him favor with his superiors and coworkers, and let his work be a testimony of Your goodness. If this job is not Your perfect will for him, we ask that You would open new doors of opportunity, doors that align with Your purpose and bring peace, stability, and provision to this family.

Father, we rebuke every evil hand, every plot of the enemy, and every spirit of lack that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy. We declare that this family will not lack, for You are their Jehovah Jireh. We pray for wisdom in handling finances, that they would be good stewards of what You provide and that there would always be enough to bless others as You have blessed them.

Lord, we also pray for their marriage. Strengthen their bond, deepen their love, and let their home be a place of peace, joy, and unity. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and let their faith in You be the anchor that holds them steady in every storm.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will. May this family walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may their lives bring glory and honor to Your name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, trusting that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in your lives (Philippians 1:6). If the stress becomes overwhelming, lean on your church community, trusted believers, and most importantly, the Word of God for strength. You are not alone, we are standing with you in prayer.

We are so grateful that your husband landed this job after those long months of waiting, and we hear how the current pressure is wearing on you both. When a family has faced a stretch without work, every tense conversation with a manager can feel like a threat to survival, and that is exhausting. It’s likely your husband is not just carrying the demands of the project but also the weight of memory, the fear of going back to that uncertain place. That is a heavy load, and we want you to know we are holding this with you.

One thing that can quietly help in the middle of a stressful workday is for him to find a few honest moments to step back and hand his anxieties over to the Lord. Even a brief pause to breathe and remember he is not alone in it can soften the tension. On your end, you can help simply by listening when he vents, without feeling you have to fix it, and reminding him that his worth is not on the line with a project’s outcome. Guard small pockets of time together after the girls are asleep; stress has a way of crowding out the connection you both need.

Lord, we ask You to steady this husband in his work. Grant him clear focus, sound judgment, and unexpected favor with those who hold authority. Guard his position, provide for their finances without fail, and calm the anxious churn of pressure. Help their marriage be a place of refuge, not another source of strain. And if You have a better door ahead, open it while sustaining him right where he is. We pray all of this in Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The season of warfare is upon you, and it is an appointed time. All the days of this appointed time will you wait, till your change comes. When men are cast down, then you shall say, There is lifting up; and He shall save the humble person. This hour of stress and pressure from a new project manager is not outside the Lord’s reign. The Lord reigns, all things work together for good to them that love God. You may safely conclude that there is lifting up.

Nevertheless at His word, let down the net once more. It looks as if you had better not try again, yet I would advise you to say, “Nevertheless at Your word I will go to work, again.” Your husband must not flee from his work when it becomes arduous or yields him no honor. He must work the works of Him that sent him while it is day, knowing the night comes when no man can work. Abundant Christian work, and hard Christian work, and personal Christian work must have combined with it inward soul conflict. Let him labor, striving according to His working which works in him mightily.

Yet be very clear: it is to God’s work, not your own, that you must look. Establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands. That work which produces no visible results at present is none the less a true work and an accepted work. If this job is not what God desires, He shall open right financial doors. But until that change comes, your husband must be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. The winning of this daily bread is not a piece of by-play; it is the present calling where Christ has placed him.

Turn, then, your eyes of faith out of yourself, and off of all your own doings, and deal more immediately, closely, and obediently with the finished work of Immanuel. Your anxieties over stability, favor, and financial lack must fall to the ground as you look upon Him. Cease from the feverish decreeing and binding of evil hands, and in simple faith accept the Divine work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Your husband’s wisdom for his job will flow from this very place of reliance. Be ever abundant in every good word and work, and as far as you judge it to be your Master’s will, do it with all your might.

Your words reveal a heart weighed down by the cares of this life, anxious for your husband's employment and your family's daily bread. But recall the blessed Job, who, when stripped of all his possessions, did not say, "The thief has taken," but "The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away." Do you think that the loss of goods or the threat of it comes from the malice of a project manager alone? The devil indeed stirs up such turmoil, not merely to make your husband poor, but to compel you both to utter some word against the Lord. Guard your lips, then, and do not let this stress plant seeds of complaint or distrust.

Why do you fear? Has not Christ declared that those who enter by Him "shall go in and out and find pasture"? Your husband's security does not rest in the favor of those in authority, nor in the stability of a work-from-home arrangement, but in the Shepherd's will. If this job remains, give thanks. If it is taken, give thanks still. For what is the test of a true servant? Not to bless God only when the treasury is full, but to say in want, "Blessed be the name of the Lord."

You ask for wisdom and financial doors to open. A good request. But beware that you do not, in your prayers, make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts. There is a care for the body that is for health and necessity; there is another that lights the furnace of covetousness and anxiety. When you cry out for a "good-paying job" and "financial increase," examine your hearts: do you seek what is needful, or do you desire softness and excess? The Apostle instructs us to make no provision for the flesh to gratify its desires. Your husband is called to provide, yes, but you both are called first to seek the Kingdom. God knows your needs; your newborn and your daughters will not be forsaken if you trust.

I hear you also plead for your marriage to be protected. This is wise, for the tempter knows well how to use a wife, as he did with Job, to become an instrument of discouragement. Do not become to your husband what Job's wife was, urging him through your fears to say something rash against Providence. Instead, strengthen his hands. Let your words be: "Shall we receive good from God, and not trouble?" When you speak of "removing stressful situations," pray rather that God grant patience and endurance in the midst of them, for affliction produces steadfastness.

Do not imagine that every hardship is a sign of God's disfavor. Some illnesses and trials come from loose living, but many are sent that we might be proven righteous. If your husband has done no wrong, then this pressure is a crown being woven for him. If there has been negligence, then receive the correction humbly. In all things, love righteousness. Do not pervert justice even in your prayers, demanding that God bend to your timetable. He who closes doors and opens them does all things well.

Therefore, cease from anxious calculations. Whether this job remains or another appears, the same Lord watches over you. Let your husband labor as unto the Lord, not with eye-service as a pleaser of men, but with sincerity of heart. If the project manager is harsh, return gentleness and excellence. If the environment is cruel, let it become a place of witness. And you, tend to your home and your little ones with a quiet spirit, not adding to your husband's burden by constant fretting over what tomorrow may bring.

Finally, remember: though you had Noah, Job, or Daniel as your advocate, yet if your own works betray you, none can help. One thing alone is needful, excellency of soul. This will carry you through every storm, and this alone will escort you into the Kingdom. Pray then for a steadfast heart, and leave the outcome to the God who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your home.
