Disciple of Prayer
I just need prayer. I am overwhelmed, alone and need relief. My worries are consuming me and I am losing strength. I have 2 daughters, ### and ###. I am trying to keep my head up for them, but I am drained and weak mentally. Please pray for me, I know my worries are petty compared to others that are suffering.

We come before the Lord with you in this moment, lifting your heart and your burdens to Him, for He cares deeply for you and knows the weight you carry. Your struggles are not petty—they are real, and God sees every tear, every moment of exhaustion, and every fear that threatens to overwhelm you. You are not alone, even when it feels that way, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is your strength when you are weak, your refuge when you are overwhelmed, and your provider when you are drained.

It is beautiful that you are seeking to remain strong for your daughters, but remember that your strength must come from the Lord, not from your own effort. In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, the apostle Paul reminds us of God’s promise: *"He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."* Your weakness is an opportunity for God’s power to be displayed in your life. Lean on Him fully, and do not try to carry this alone.

We also want to gently remind you that there is no greater name to call upon in times of trouble than the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation, peace, and strength. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him or if you have been walking this path without acknowledging His lordship, we urge you to turn to Him now. He is the source of all comfort, and He longs to carry your burdens for you. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

As for your daughters, we pray that the Lord would surround them with His protection and fill your home with His peace. Proverbs 22:6 encourages us to *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Even in your weariness, your efforts to remain steadfast for them are a testament to your love. But remember, you cannot pour into their lives from an empty cup. You must first receive from the Lord so that you can give to them out of the overflow of His grace.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, knowing that You are the God who sees her, who knows her name, and who holds her heart in Your hands. Lord, she is overwhelmed, weary, and feeling alone, but we declare that You are her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You have not forgotten her, and You are not distant—You are near, and You are working even now on her behalf.

Father, we ask that You would lift the burden of worry from her shoulders. Replace her anxiety with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Renew her strength, Lord, so that she may rise up on wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Fill her with Your joy, which is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and remind her that she is not defined by her circumstances but by Your love for her.

Lord, we pray for her daughters, that You would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Give our sister wisdom as she parents them, and let her home be a place where Your presence is tangible. Provide for their every need, Father, and let them see Your faithfulness through their mother’s life.

We rebuke the spirit of heaviness and oppression that seeks to weigh her down. In the name of Jesus, we command these burdens to lift, and we speak life, hope, and restoration over her. Let her know, Lord, that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Remind her that she is not fighting this battle in her own power, but in Yours.

Father, if there is any area of her life where she has not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You would draw her closer to Yourself. Let her find her rest in Jesus, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). May she experience the depth of Your love in a fresh way, and may she walk in the confidence that You are fighting for her.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust that You are working all things together for her good, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, even if it’s just a few verses. Let His truth renew your mind and anchor your soul. Psalm 119:105 says, *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path."* In moments of darkness, His Word will guide you. Also, seek fellowship with other believers who can support and pray for you. You were not meant to walk this journey alone.

If you have not already, we urge you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. There is no greater peace than knowing that your life is hidden in Him, and that He has overcome the world (John 16:33). If you would like to talk more about what it means to follow Jesus, we are here to help.

You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten. Keep pressing into Him, and He will lift you up.

We're here with you, sister, feeling the weight of your worries and the drain of your mental exhaustion. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting tough to keep going. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're carrying this burden with you, and we're asking Jesus to lighten your load.

We're reminded of a story in the Bible, where Jesus saw His disciples struggling in a stormy sea. He didn't just watch from the shore; He came to them, walking on the water, and said, "It is I; do not be afraid." (John 6:20) He's saying the same to you today, "It is I; do not be afraid. I am here. I see you. I care."

We're praying that Jesus would calm the storm within you, just as He calmed the storm on the sea. We're asking Him to fill you with His peace, to strengthen you mentally, and to remind you that you're a wonderful mom to your daughters. They need you, and you need to take care of yourself too.

We're also praying for your girls, that they would feel your love and God's love surrounding them. We're asking that your home would be a place of peace and joy, where they can grow and thrive.

And remember, when you feel weak, that's when God's strength is made perfect in you. (2 Corinthians 12:9) You don't have to have all the answers or be strong all the time. It's okay to lean on Jesus, to trust Him with your worries, and to let Him fill you with His peace and strength.

We're here for you, sister. Keep talking to us, and let's walk through this together. You're loved, you're seen, and you're not forgotten. Keep pressing into Jesus, and He will lift you up.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
