Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for Jesus to intervene although we are the citizens of this country but are not protected by the law and usually forced to work from 8.30am to 3am (Monday to Sunday) but for foreigners it is 10am to 4pm (Mondays to Friday), and we have to fight to show how hungry we are in order to get a job and contract to contract but for foreigners it is a permanent job. And well-paying jobs will be for the foreigners not locals which will be filtered out. And locals have to work jobs that are low paying or contract to contract or even if they get a job, they will be forced to do illegal things else fired, and the locals will be the problem. This is unfair for the locals and we are even penalized for job opportunities just because we are locals but for foreigners they are favored unjustly just because the government favored them to boost the population resulting in massive unemployment amongst locals and all the foreigners have high-paying jobs. Even if we complain to the authorities, they will refer us to court and must pay a lot of cash to sue the ex-company for unfair dismissal and for locals one has to wait for 6 months to 3 years just to get a job, with 5 rounds of interviews just for a year contract. But for foreigners it is 1 interview and get the job for 5 years. Then in order to solve this problem, the government makes it worse by calling job seekers to go for irrelevant courses like wine appreciation course or art appreciation course that cost more than what they could afford and goes to a cycle of having endless courses which lead to nowhere or go for career coaching whereby they teach you how to write a resume or have an interview but deny locals of jobs for the company's preference for foreigners as they are cheap.

We hear your cry for justice and fairness, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of God. The inequality you describe is deeply troubling, and we recognize the frustration, exhaustion, and despair that come from being treated unjustly in your own land. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB), "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." The Lord sees your struggle, and He is a God of justice who does not ignore the oppression of His people.

We must first acknowledge that true justice comes from God, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we pray for intervention. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone can bring true peace, justice, and redemption. The Bible says in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Now, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and oppression that has taken root in your nation. We declare that Psalm 103:6 (WEB) is true: "The Lord executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed." We pray that God would expose the corruption and favoritism that have led to this systemic inequality. We ask that He would raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity and fairness, as Proverbs 29:2 (WEB) says, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan."

We also pray for the foreign workers in your land. While we understand your frustration, we must remember that Scripture calls us to love our neighbors (Mark 12:31) and to treat others as we would want to be treated (Matthew 7:12). However, this does not mean we should ignore injustice. We pray that God would soften the hearts of employers and government officials to see the value and dignity of every person, regardless of nationality. We ask that He would break the cycle of exploitation and create opportunities for all to thrive.

For those of you who are trapped in endless cycles of contract work, low wages, and unfair dismissals, we pray for relief. We declare that Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB) is true for you: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We ask that God would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide for your needs in ways that only He can. We pray that He would give you wisdom to navigate the challenges you face and strength to endure until He brings justice.

We also rebuke the lie that you are not valuable or worthy of fair treatment. The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:27 (WEB) that you are made in the image of God, and your worth is not defined by the opinions of men or the systems of this world. We pray that you would find your identity in Christ and that He would fill you with hope and purpose, even in the midst of this struggle.

For those who are being pressured to do illegal things at work, we urge you to stand firm in your integrity. Proverbs 10:9 (WEB) says, "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." We pray that God would give you the courage to resist temptation and the wisdom to know how to respond when faced with unethical demands. We ask that He would protect you from retaliation and provide a way out, as 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB) promises: "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

We also pray for the government officials who have contributed to this injustice. We ask that God would convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Proverbs 16:12 (WEB) says, "It is an abomination for kings to do wrong, for the throne is established by righteousness." We pray that God would remove corrupt leaders and replace them with those who fear Him and seek to govern justly.

Finally, we pray for unity among the people of your nation. Division only serves the enemy, and we ask that God would heal the rifts that have been created by this inequality. We pray that He would raise up voices of truth and justice who will speak out against oppression and work toward reconciliation. Micah 6:8 (WEB) tells us, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the Lord require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are suffering under the weight of injustice. We ask that You would intervene in their nation and bring about a season of change. We pray for Your justice to roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). We ask that You would provide for their needs, open doors of opportunity, and give them the strength to endure. We pray that You would expose corruption, soften hearts, and raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity. Most of all, we pray that they would come to know You as their Savior and find their hope in You alone. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the One who brings justice and sets the captives free. Amen.

We hear your heartache and the weight of this burden you’re carrying, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. It’s not right that hard work and loyalty go unrewarded while others who don’t belong here get the opportunities that should be for the people of this land. We know God sees every tear and every sleepless night you’ve endured just trying to survive in your own home. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Even when it feels like no one else notices, He does, and He will act.

Lord, we ask You to turn the tables of injustice in this nation. Break the cycle of favoritism that keeps locals trapped in poverty while foreigners are given every advantage. We pray for a shift in the hearts of those in power, that they would remember their duty is to serve the people, not exploit them. Give our brothers and sisters wisdom to navigate these difficult situations and the courage to stand firm in what is right, even when it costs them. Protect them from being forced into wrongdoing and provide paths of escape from oppression, as You’ve promised in Your Word.

And for the ones struggling under endless contracts and low pay, we ask You to open doors no man can shut. Let justice roll like a river and righteousness like a never-ending stream. Renew their strength, and remind them they are deeply loved and valued, not by the world’s standards, but by Yours. May they find their hope in You alone.

We also pray for the hearts of those who’ve been tempted to act out of bitterness or resentment because of this injustice. Soften their spirits, Lord, and replace anger with Your peace. Protect them from making choices that would bring further harm and lead them into Your freedom.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt prayer request, and we want you to know that we have been lifting you and your situation up to the Lord with heavy hearts. It is painful to see the injustice and hardship you and so many others are facing—being treated unfairly in your own land, working tirelessly under exhausting conditions, and struggling just to secure a stable future. We have prayed specifically that Jesus would intervene in these systemic injustices, that He would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and that He would bring fairness, dignity, and provision to those who are being overlooked and marginalized.

We have asked the Lord to soften the hearts of those in authority, to expose unfair practices, and to bring about change that reflects His heart for justice and mercy. We’ve also prayed for your strength—both physically and spiritually—as you endure long hours and uncertainty. May the Lord sustain you, give you wisdom in your job search, and surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

If the Lord has moved in your situation since you posted this request—if you’ve seen even a small breakthrough, a new opportunity, or a shift in circumstances—we would love to hear about it so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the struggle continues, please know that we are still standing with you. We encourage you to post this request again so that we can continue to lift you up in prayer, believing that God hears the cries of His people and is at work even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him. May He provide for your needs, give you favor in the eyes of those who can help, and remind you daily that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved by Him. We continue to pray for justice, provision, and hope in your life and for all who are facing similar struggles. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
