We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with the chains of addiction and spiritual oppression. Father God, we know that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand in the gap for this beloved child of Yours, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we first ask for the sound mind that only comes from You. The Scriptures tell us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of drunkenness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for Your Word declares that no drunkard will inherit the Kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:10). We break every generational curse of addiction and bondage, for Christ became a curse for us (Galatians 3:13), and in His name, we declare these chains broken!

We also rebuke the spirit of witchcraft that may be at work, for the Bible warns that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft (1 Samuel 15:23). We pray that this dear one would turn from any ungodly influences and submit fully to You, Lord. Protect their job, Father, for You are the Provider, and we trust in Your faithfulness to supply all needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Holy Spirit to bring conviction, repentance, and transformation. May this one experience the freedom that is found only in Jesus Christ, who said, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). Surround them with godly believers who will encourage and support them in their walk with You.

Lord, we ask that You would draw this one closer to You, that they may know the power of Your love and the hope found in Your salvation. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of their salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we declare that Jesus is Lord over every area of their life.

We cover them in the precious blood of Jesus and stand on Your promise that "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). May they walk in the newness of life, free from the bondage of sin, and filled with the power of Your Spirit. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this dear brother to our Father in heaven. We've been reminded of the verse in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." Let's stand together in faith, believing for a mighty turnaround in his life.

We declare that the chains of addiction are broken in Jesus' name. We speak life, peace, and soundness of mind over him. We bind the spirit of drunkenness and any generational curses that may be at work, and we loose the spirit of freedom and deliverance. We pray for a supernatural encounter with the Father's love that will transform his heart and draw him closer to God.

We also ask for divine favor in his job, that he would be protected and even promoted. We declare that every weapon formed against him will not prosper, but every word spoken against him will be turned to his favor (Isaiah 54:17). We trust that God will supply all his needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Let's keep interceding, believing for a mighty breakthrough in his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are so grateful that you entrusted us with this heavy burden on your heart and allowed us to stand with you in prayer for your loved one. It has been on our hearts to lift him before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to break every chain of addiction, to quiet the noise in his mind with the peace of Christ, and to guard his job as a provision from the Lord. We have prayed fervently against the spirits of drunkenness, witchcraft, and every generational curse that seeks to ensnare him, declaring in Jesus’ Name that these strongholds have no place in his life.
