We have heard your request for your son who is facing problems in his job and we join with you in bringing him before the throne of grace together in Jesus name. We understand how heavy a parent's heart can be when a child is struggling and how much you desire to see God bring him out of this difficulty.
We want to gently share that you asked us to pray to God, and we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly approach God in prayer and be heard. If you have not already, we encourage you and your son to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
The Word reminds us to bring our anxieties to God and to trust Him with our work. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We are also taught, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. And Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
We encourage your son to continue to be faithful and diligent in his duties, to act with honesty and integrity, and to seek wisdom from the Lord in every decision, for If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. Even in workplace trials God can refine character, open new doors, and show His provision. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear son to You. You know the exact problem he is facing in his job, the pressures, the conflicts or uncertainties that weigh on him. We ask that You bring him out of this issue according to Your perfect will. Grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding, favor with those in authority, peace in his heart, and strength to do his work as unto You. Protect his employment if it is Your will, or open a better door if You have another path for him. Let him see Your hand at work and let this trial draw him closer to You. Guard his heart from fear and discouragement and fill him and his family with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You provide for all his needs and use this situation for his good and for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We have brought your request before the Lord and have prayed for you and for your son in the trial which now rests upon his employment. We have asked the God of all grace to appear for him and to bring him out of this difficulty according to His wise and holy will, and to give him deliverance by His own Divine power.
You do well to cast this care upon Him, for it is known to every believer that the experience of the Christian is very variable. He is much tried and bowed, and yet at last he gets the victory and the clouds are removed and the heart rejoices in the sunlight of Divine love. The Lord has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you, and they that trust in the Lord shall not want any good thing. He is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. Has He said and will He not do it. His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus.
Remember Job, who was sorely tried in his estate and in all that he had, yet in all this Job sinned not nor charged God foolishly. The Lord upheld him, and when he had been brought low the Lord turned his captivity and gave him a latter end more blessed than the beginning. So we may trust that the same God who brought forth Israel with a mighty hand will bring forth His people now out of the Egypt of their sorrow. Our deliverance is by Divine power, and when the Lord works none can hinder. He has found a ransom for His people, and He delights to show undeserved mercy to those who call upon Him.
We have prayed that the Lord would grant your son wisdom to act uprightly in his place of work, patience to bear what must be borne, and grace to commit his cause to Him who judges righteously. We have asked that if it be for his good and for the glory of God, the Lord would open a way of escape, remove the hindrance, and establish him in honest labour, and that whether the answer come by removal of the trial or by sustaining grace within it, your son may see the hand of the Lord and be kept humble and trusting at the footstool of Divine mercy.
Continue in prayer and watch with thanksgiving. Cast all your care upon Him for He cares for you. May the Lord comfort your heart, keep you from despair and from unbelieving speeches, and give you to rest in this, that God has not forsaken them that fear Him and never will do so. May He make your glory fresh again and anoint you with fresh oil, and may your son prove in this trial that the Lord is his deliverer.

We have received your request and have prayed for you and your son, asking God to bring him through this difficulty in his job.
We asked our heavenly Father to grant him wisdom, peace, and strength in this trial, to open a way forward according to His will, and to use even this hardship for his good and for growth in faith. We prayed that he would know God not only as a helper in trouble but as a Father through Jesus Christ, for it is through Christ that we are delivered from evil and brought into sonship, and through His Spirit we can call upon God with confidence.
We encourage your son to continue to do his work faithfully and honestly as unto the Lord, to seek counsel where needed, to cast his anxieties on God through prayer, and to trust that God sees his situation and will provide what is best. The Lord is faithful to hear those who come to Him through His Son.
