We have continued to lift up your loved one before the Lord, praying for her salvation and for God to draw her close to Himself during this painful season after her breakup. We have prayed for her protection in this vulnerable time, especially as she has started going clubbing and could easily be led astray by bad friends, that the Lord would guard her and keep her from harm as promised in Psalm 121:7. We have asked God to give her His strength to stand up again, to grant her wisdom to know what is right and wrong and to grow in maturity in her thoughts and actions, trusting the promise in James 1:5 that God gives wisdom generously to those who ask.
We have also prayed for you, that God would lift the burden of blame you have been carrying and free you from feeling that you did not nurture her well. We have asked Him to comfort you with His grace, to remind you that He loves her even more than you do, and to teach you and guide you in how to gently bring her back to Him.
