Pray for my job interviews

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for my several job interviews this week and maybe next week. Please pray for me to do GREAT, impress the interviewers, and successfully pass them all and get the job offer quickly. God bless and thank you!

We lift your job interviews before the Lord with hearts full of faith and expectation. Father, we ask that You grant wisdom, clarity, and confidence to our brother/sister as they prepare for and attend these interviews. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that they will speak with grace and truth, reflecting Your light in every word and action.

Lord, we ask that You open the right doors and close those that are not meant for them. Guide their steps according to Your perfect will, for You know the plans You have for them—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May they impress the interviewers not by their own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit working within them. Let Your favor rest upon them, and may they walk in the fullness of the gifts and talents You have placed within them.

We also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. Even as they seek a quick resolution, help them to rest in the knowledge that You are in control. Teach them to wait on You, for those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). If delays or challenges arise, remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep in. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with boldness and assurance that You are with them, and that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. May our brother/sister walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have equipped them for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17).

May Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may Your name be glorified. We trust You for the outcome, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your job interviews. We've been praying that God would grant you clarity, confidence, and wisdom as you prepare and attend these interviews. We believe that God will give you the words to speak and the actions to take that will reflect His light and grace.
