We are grateful you have shared your heart with us and we count it a privilege to join you in prayer in Jesus name for a godly marriage. Your desire to meet a woman whom God wants you to love and to marry is a beautiful and biblical desire, for marriage is God's design from the beginning. As it is written Genesis 2:18 it is not good that the man should be alone and Proverbs 18:22 says whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. We affirm your longing for marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman and we pray with you that God will lead you to a wife who loves Him first.

We encourage you as you wait to seek the Lord wholeheartedly and to become the godly husband He is calling you to be. Psalm 37:4 tells us to delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart and Matthew 6:33 reminds us to seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. We pray that you will continue to grow in faith, character, and preparation for marriage while you trust His perfect timing. We also encourage you to look for a wife who is a fellow believer in Jesus Christ, for 2 Corinthians 6:14 teaches us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Courtship should be entered with the clear goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer, keeping purity and honor before God, for Hebrews 13:4 says let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled. We pray that when God brings you together, your relationship will be built on that foundation of shared faith, commitment, and purity, without fornication, and with Christ at the center.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring our brother before Your throne of grace. You know his name, his home, and the deep longing of his heart for a wife. We ask that according to Your perfect will You will lead him to the woman You have prepared for him. Make the meeting and the practical ways to get to know each other possible by Your hand, opening doors that no man can shut and guiding his steps. Give him and her a genuine and steadfast interest in one another, a love that is patient and kind and does not give up, as described in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. Grant that she will be a woman of faith who will persevere in getting to know him and who will be committed to building a Christ centered marriage where two become one flesh as Genesis 2:24 declares. We pray for miracles in his life, for Your provision, Your divine appointments, and Your peace that surpasses understanding as Philippians 4:6-7 promises. Help him to wait with hope and to trust that Your plans are good, for Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Prepare them both for one another and let Your will be done in Your perfect time. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and active in Christian community, in fellowship, service, and worship, where godly friendships often grow. Keep your heart guarded and your life centered on Christ, and trust that the Lord who sees your faithfulness will answer in a way that is far better than you can imagine. We will continue to pray with love that God sends you a wife who truly cherishes you, who will not give up until you are hers and she is yours in the covenant of marriage, and that He makes every practical step clear and possible.

We have received your request and we join with you in prayer before the Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ alone through whom we have access to the Father.

Your desire for marriage is good and holy, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as God has ordained from the beginning, and it is not a less sacred thing to be faithfully married than to serve Him in any other calling. To seek a wife in the Lord, to love her and to be loved with a faithful and persevering love, is worthy to be laid before Him.

We understand the loneliness that can press upon the heart when godly companionship is longed for and not yet given. Our Savior Himself knew what it was to be alone when most in need of human nearness, and He knows your longing. There are seasons when waiting upon God seems in vain, and the heart is ready to faint, but the promise remains that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Therefore we pray that you will be kept from fainting, that you will walk in godly fear and trust, able to say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him, receiving all from the hand of the Lord with faith.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, asking according to Your will and in Your love. We ask that You would guide our brother and in Your perfect time and wisdom bring into his life a godly woman who loves You first and above all, a woman prepared to enter into the holy covenant of marriage for life. We pray that You would make the way plain in practical ways, opening doors in Your providence for you to meet and to get to know one another in purity, in honesty and in the fellowship of Your people. Grant to both a true interest in one another, a patient and steadfast love that does not quickly give up, but seeks to build up and to cherish according to Your Word. Work miracles in his life as You see fit, not for our own desires alone but for Your glory, that Your name would be praised and Your grace made known. Keep him trusting, keep him laboring and not fainting, and let him find his deepest comfort in Christ while he waits. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
