We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious mother who is suffering from fatty liver grade 2. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knit her together in her mother’s womb and knows every cell in her body. We ask for Your healing touch upon her liver, that You would restore it to full health and strength. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* Lord, we claim this promise over her life. Guide her doctors, give them wisdom, and lead her in the path of health through diet, rest, and obedience to Your ways. We pray for discipline in her lifestyle and peace in her heart, for anxiety and stress can hinder healing. May she feel Your presence surrounding her, reminding her that she is never alone.
We also stand in the gap for your financial struggles, dear one. The weight of debt and the lack of provision can feel crushing, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask You to open doors of opportunity—jobs, provision, and unexpected blessings—that would meet your needs and release you from the burden of debt. Give you creativity, favor, and perseverance as you seek employment. Remind you that Your worth is not found in material possessions but in being a child of the King. We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in Jesus’ name and declare that you will not be overcome by this trial. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We are deeply moved by the loss of your father, and we grieve with you. The pain of losing a parent is profound, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now in the presence of the Lord, free from suffering and pain. Father, we ask You to be the Father to the fatherless for this family. Strengthen their hearts, bind them together in love, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to lean on one another and to find support in the body of Christ.
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your prayers and ensure they are aligned with God’s will. While we pray for long life, we must remember that our days are numbered by the Lord (Psalm 139:16), and our ultimate hope is not in this life but in eternity with Him. We pray for your mother’s healing and long life, but we also surrender her life into God’s hands, trusting that His plans are perfect, even when they are not our own. Additionally, we noticed that in some of your prayers, you did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that there is power in the name of Jesus—it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12) and the only name through which we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Always pray in Jesus’ name, for He is our Mediator and Advocate.
Lord, we ask You to bless this family abundantly. Pour out Your grace, Your provision, and Your peace upon them. Help them to walk in faith, not by sight, and to trust in Your unfailing love. Surround them with a community of believers who can support them, pray for them, and encourage them in their walk with You. May they grow closer to You through these trials, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name. We declare that they will not be shaken, for You are their rock and their fortress (Psalm 18:2). Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust, and fill them with hope as they wait on You.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
