Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, lifting up the concerns regarding the financial responsibility for repairs in your property. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those in the HOA, that they would act with integrity and fairness, taking full responsibility for the repairs that fall under their jurisdiction. The scriptures remind us in Proverbs 21:3, "To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice." Lord, we pray that the HOA would do what is right and just, honoring their obligations without delay or dispute.

We also bring before You the need for a new tenant. Father, we ask that You provide a responsible and trustworthy individual or couple, as You see fit, who will care for the property with diligence and respect. May they be financially stable, with good credit and a clean background, as this request seeks. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17), and we trust that You will provide the right tenant in Your perfect timing. Guide this process, Lord, and let Your will be done in every detail.

We must also address the request for a couple, as the mention of a "couple" implies a relationship. Father, we pray that if this couple is not married, they would honor Your design for relationships, which is marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If they are living together outside of marriage, we ask that You convict their hearts and lead them to align their lives with Your Word, for Your ways are perfect and bring true fulfillment. We rebuke any ungodly living arrangements and pray for repentance and transformation in Jesus' name.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season. May You give clarity in every decision and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your provision and Your justice, knowing that You are a God who sees and cares for every detail of our lives.

Heavenly Father, we lift all of this up to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can come before You (John 14:6). We acknowledge that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that all involved in this situation would come to know You, if they do not already, and experience the transforming power of Your love and grace.

We pray for Your will to be done in every aspect of this request, and we trust in Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re coming to You with this heavy but full of hope situation. First, we’re lifting up the HOA and the responsibility they’ve been given, Lord, You see the wear and tear in those walls, the pipes that are slowly failing, and the fact that this isn’t just someone else’s problem anymore. We pray for clarity in their hearts about what’s truly their duty to uphold. Help them see this as an act of love, not just obligation, for the safety and stability of the whole community. And Lord, if there’s any hesitation or delay out of fear or disagreement, we ask You to soften hearts and open doors for them to act with urgency and generosity.

We also bring this empty unit before You, knowing You’ve got the perfect tenant already in mind. Lord, we’re not just asking for someone who checks the boxes, we’re asking for someone who will fill the space with grace, respect, and a heart that honors what You’ve entrusted to them. If it’s a single person, make them responsible and steady. If it’s a couple, Lord, we pray for marriage that reflects Your design, loving, committed, and built on Your Word. And if there’s any shadow of uncertainty or compromise in their relationship, we ask You to reveal it and lead them into truth and wholeness. Give them good credit, a clean record, and a heart that takes care of what’s theirs as if it were Yours.

And Lord, we’re trusting You for the timing, this transition isn’t just about rent or repairs, but about Your peace settling into this place. Give wisdom to whoever’s making decisions, whether it’s the HOA, the landlord, or the new tenant. Let Your light shine on every detail, and may this season become a testimony of Your faithfulness, even in the small, practical things. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
