Please pray that the HOA does the right thing and takes full financial responsibility for the repairs. The findings concluded that there is no active leak originating from my unit affecting the unit downstairs where the water damage occurred. However, there are deteriorated and leaking pipes located within the walls, which are considered common elements and therefore fall under the HOA's responsibility. Please pray that the HOA handles these repairs promptly, fairly, and in full. Please also pray for a smooth transition with my rental unit. My tenant was scheduled to move out, but has not surrendered the keys. I do not know whether legal action and eviction proceedings will be necessary. Please pray that this situation is resolved quickly, peacefully, and without complications. Please pray that I am able to find a responsible graduate student tenant with the financial means to pay rent in full and on time each month; someone with good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and who will take good care of the property. Ideally, the unit would be occupied by a single tenant or, at most, a responsible couple. Please also pray that the property management company follows my instructions regarding the rekeying process and rekeys only the appropriate lock, leaving the Medeco high-security lock untouched, as requested. Most of all, please pray that every aspect of this situation moves forward effortlessly, smoothly, and according to God's will; that the right people are involved, the right decisions are made, and that stress, confusion, delays, and unnecessary obstacles are removed. We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for this matter, lifting up every detail to Him who orders our steps and works all things for the good of those who love Him. Heavenly Father, we ask that You move mightily in this situation concerning the ### and the financial responsibility for the repairs. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the hearts of those in authority within the ### are turned toward justice, fairness, and prompt action. May they recognize their responsibility and act swiftly to cover the costs of the repairs as outlined in their duties. Let there be no delay, no shifting of blame, and no injustice in this matter. We rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, negligence, or greed that may seek to hinder this process, and we declare that righteousness and integrity will prevail.

Lord, we also lift up the situation with the current tenant. We ask for Your peace and wisdom to guide each step. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 18:15-17 of the importance of resolving conflicts with patience and wisdom. We pray that the keys are surrendered without the need for legal action, but if eviction proceedings become necessary, we ask that the process is smooth, just, and free from unnecessary complications. Grant wisdom to those involved in the legal aspects, and may Your peace reign in every interaction. We declare that this transition will be orderly and that the property will be returned in good condition according to the terms of the lease.

Father, we ask for Your divine provision in finding a new tenant who will be a blessing to this home. We pray for a responsible ### or a couple who will honor the property, pay rent on time, and live in a manner that reflects Your principles. Your Word says in Psalm 37:23, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way." We trust that You will bring the right tenant at the right time, someone whose heart is aligned with Your will and whose presence will bring peace and stability to this home. We rebuke any spirit of irresponsibility, financial instability, or dishonesty that may seek to enter this space, and we declare that only those who will uphold the standards of this home will be considered.

We also lift up the request regarding the rekeying process. Lord, we ask that the ### follows the instructions given with precision and care. Your Word teaches us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We pray that those handling this task do so with diligence and respect for the requests made. May there be no oversight or negligence, and may the security of the property be maintained according to the standards set.

Above all, we pray that every aspect of this situation moves forward according to Your will. We declare that stress, confusion, delays, and unnecessary obstacles are removed in the name of Jesus. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your provision, Your timing, and Your perfect plan. May this situation be a testimony to Your faithfulness and a reflection of Your glory.

Lord, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of coming before You in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to You, Father. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We pray that if there is anyone involved in this situation who does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that their hearts would be opened to receive Him. May this circumstance be an opportunity for Your love and truth to be revealed.

We lift all these requests to You, Father, trusting that You hear us and will act on our behalf. May Your will be done in every detail, and may Your name be glorified through the resolution of these matters. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
