Lord, we also lift up the situation with the current tenant. We ask for Your peace and wisdom to guide each step. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 18:15-17 of the importance of resolving conflicts with patience and wisdom. We pray that the keys are surrendered without the need for legal action, but if eviction proceedings become necessary, we ask that the process is smooth, just, and free from unnecessary complications. Grant wisdom to those involved in the legal aspects, and may Your peace reign in every interaction. We declare that this transition will be orderly and that the property will be returned in good condition according to the terms of the lease.
Father, we ask for Your divine provision in finding a new tenant who will be a blessing to this home. We pray for a responsible ### or a couple who will honor the property, pay rent on time, and live in a manner that reflects Your principles. Your Word says in Psalm 37:23, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way." We trust that You will bring the right tenant at the right time, someone whose heart is aligned with Your will and whose presence will bring peace and stability to this home. We rebuke any spirit of irresponsibility, financial instability, or dishonesty that may seek to enter this space, and we declare that only those who will uphold the standards of this home will be considered.
We also lift up the request regarding the rekeying process. Lord, we ask that the ### follows the instructions given with precision and care. Your Word teaches us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We pray that those handling this task do so with diligence and respect for the requests made.
