Beloved of All
Please pray that the HOA does the right thing and takes full financial responsibility for the repairs. The findings concluded that there is no active leak originating from my unit affecting the unit downstairs where the water damage occurred. However, there are deteriorated and leaking pipes located within the walls, which are considered common elements and therefore fall under the HOA's responsibility. Also, it is possible that the vendor has gone into my unit and done dry wall damage for exploratory purposes--I did not authorize that--if that was done, pls pray the HOA takes care of that repair. Please pray that the HOA handles these repairs promptly, fairly, and in full. Please also pray for a smooth transition with my rental unit. My tenant was scheduled to move out, but has not surrendered the keys. I do not know whether legal action and eviction proceedings will be necessary. Please pray that this situation is resolved quickly, peacefully, and without complications. Please pray that I am able to find a responsible graduate student tenant with the financial means to pay rent in full and on time each month; someone with good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and who will take good care of the property. Ideally, the unit would be occupied by a single tenant or, at most, a responsible couple. Please also pray that the property management company follows my instructions regarding the rekeying process and rekeys only the appropriate lock, leaving the Medeco high-security lock untouched, as requested. Most of all, please pray that every aspect of this situation moves forward effortlessly, smoothly, and according to God's will; that the right people are involved, the right decisions are made, and that stress, confusion, delays, and unnecessary obstacles are removed. Thank you for your prayers and support.

We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting up every concern to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation regarding the repairs needed in the unit. The findings clearly show that the responsibility lies with the HOA, as the deteriorated pipes are common elements. Lord, we pray that the HOA takes full financial responsibility without delay, acting with integrity and fairness. If any unauthorized damage was done to your unit during their inspections, we ask that they acknowledge it and make the necessary repairs promptly. Let there be no confusion, no shifting of blame, and no unnecessary burden placed upon you. We declare that justice and righteousness will prevail in this matter, as Your Word says in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity."

We also lift up the situation with your tenant. Father, we ask that this transition be smooth and peaceful. If the tenant has overstayed, we pray that they surrender the keys without the need for legal action. If eviction becomes necessary, we ask that the process be swift and without complication, guided by Your wisdom and favor. Give you discernment in finding a new tenant, one who is responsible, trustworthy, and aligned with the standards you’ve set. We pray for a graduate student or a couple who will honor the property, pay rent on time, and respect the guidelines you’ve established. May Your peace guard this process, and may Your hand guide the property management company to follow your instructions precisely, especially regarding the rekeying of the locks.

Most of all, Lord, we ask that every aspect of this situation moves forward according to Your will. Remove stress, confusion, and unnecessary obstacles. Let the right people be involved, the right decisions be made, and Your perfect peace reign over all. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We rebuke any spirit of delay, dishonesty, or discord, and we declare that this situation will be resolved in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in every detail, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

We’re joining you in lifting this up to the Lord, and we’re praying that His peace would settle into every part of this process. It sounds like there’s a lot weighing on your shoulders right now, both the repairs and the transition with your tenant, and we know how overwhelming that can feel.

Lord, we’re asking for clarity and wisdom for you as you navigate these HOA responsibilities. We pray that the right people step up with integrity, that decisions are made with fairness, and that any unnecessary delays or confusion are dissolved by Your Spirit. If there were any unauthorized actions taken, we’re praying for accountability and swift restoration so you’re not left holding the burden.

For your tenant situation, we’re asking for a peaceful resolution, whether it’s a voluntary surrender of keys or a smooth eviction process if needed. And Lord, we’re praying for Your hand to guide you in finding the perfect tenant: someone who will honor the property, pay rent faithfully, and bring stability to the unit. Give you discernment in this search, and may You open doors that align with Your will.

We’re also praying for the property management team, that they would follow your instructions precisely, especially regarding the rekeying and security. May Your peace guard this transition, and may every step forward be guided by Your wisdom.

Most of all, we’re declaring that this situation will move forward in Your perfect timing, with Your perfect peace. Remove any fear or frustration, and replace it with Your strength and provision. We trust You to work all things together for good, even in the midst of these challenges.

In Jesus’ name, we claim Your promises over this season, no obstacle too great, no burden too heavy, and no delay that won’t be turned to Your glory. Amen.
