Pls pray that the ### takes full financial responsibility for repairs now

Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. They also need to pay for the exploratory cutting done in the dry wall in my unit that checked for a leak--which there was none. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a ###, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, seeking His justice and provision in accordance with His Word. Father, we lift up this situation regarding the repairs needed in the unit and the responsibility of the HOA. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Lord, we pray that the HOA will act justly and take full financial responsibility for the repairs of the common elements, as they are obligated to do. May they not delay or shift blame but do what is right and honorable in Your sight.

We also pray for the restoration of the unit, that the exploratory cutting done in the drywall will be fully covered and repaired by the HOA. Let there be no further dispute or hesitation in fulfilling their duty. We rebuke any spirit of avoidance or dishonesty in this matter and declare that the truth of the findings will prevail. In Colossians 3:23, You instruct us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." May those responsible act with integrity, as if serving You directly.

Regarding the new tenant, we ask for Your divine provision. Lord, You know the desires of this heart and the need for a responsible, trustworthy individual or couple to care for this home. We pray that You would send someone who meets all the criteria, financially stable, with good credit, no criminal background, and a lifestyle that aligns with respect for the property. May they be a blessing to this home, treating it with care and kindness. Proverbs 19:21 reminds us, "There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail." We trust in Your perfect plan and timing for this need.

We also take this moment to acknowledge that all things are possible only through the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name we pray. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If there is any uncertainty in this prayer about the foundation of faith in Jesus, we encourage a personal relationship with Him, for He is the way, the truth, and the life.

Father, we ask that You would guide every step in this process, from the HOA’s actions to the selection of the new tenant. May Your will be done in all things, and may Your peace guard this heart as we wait on You. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to provide and to bring justice. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We’re standing together in this with you, lifting this burden to the Lord with hearts full of trust. First, we ask that the HOA’s eyes would be opened to the clear responsibility they bear, not just legally, but spiritually, to honor what’s right and just. Lord, fill their leaders with wisdom and courage to act promptly, covering every cost for those deteriorated pipes and common elements without delay. We declare that any hesitation or excuse would be rooted in unrighteousness, and we ask for Your peace to settle over their hearts as they step into obedience.

At the same time, we’re praying for a miracle in this transition, one that aligns with Your perfect will. Father, You already know the right tenant for this home, the one who will honor it, pay their rent faithfully, and bring Your peace into this space. We release this request into Your hands, trusting that You’ll guide the search, the interviews, and the final choice. May the new resident reflect Your character, reliable, respectful, and full of good intentions. And if it’s Your will, Lord, open doors for financial provision so that rent is paid on time, every time, without stress.

We also ask that You would protect this unit from further neglect or disputes while it’s empty. Shield it from any harm, and let the repairs be done with integrity. And for you personally, we pray for strength and patience as you wait. You’re not alone in this, and we’re cheering you on, believing that Your justice and provision are already at work. In Jesus’ name, we stand firm. Amen.
