I can hear the genuine distress in your words, the fear of losing those you love and the torment you feel from dark spiritual oppression. Those nightmares and that shadow of separation can feel overwhelming, and it is right to bring these things before the Lord. Scripture makes it clear that demonic forces are real and that they seek to bring destruction, but it also makes overwhelmingly clear that Jesus Christ holds absolute authority over them. When you pray in His name, you are calling on the one before whom every evil spirit must bow. Those forces cannot withstand His command, and the seal of God upon your life through faith in Christ is the true shelter no darkness can penetrate.

However, as we lay hold of that victory, I want to gently encourage you to examine the shape of what you are asking. Much of your prayer is filled with the language of fear and a request to control outcomes. You are asking God to guarantee that no one ever walks away, that no wrong person ever appears, and that you receive the exact dreams you want. Real peace does not come from having every circumstance scripted to your liking. It comes from trusting that the God who did not spare His own Son will freely give you all things in Him. The deepest blessings are never primarily about protecting our relationships from any possible pain or having an abundance of money. They are spiritual blessings: knowing Christ, being held secure in His love, and having His peace rule in your heart even when external things are uncertain.

Your desire for your loved ones to remain close is beautiful, but I would urge you to release that demand into God's wise hands. People are free, and life is full of change. Cling to the truth that if you and your relations are in Christ, you are bound together by something far stronger than proximity or human will. Even death cannot break that eternal communion. As for the request for major money blessings, God certainly cares for your needs, but the New Testament does not teach us to pursue material abundance as a sign of His favor. Paul learned to be content in plenty and in want, and he reminded us that our true riches are in heavenly places. When your primary focus becomes gratitude for the spiritual inheritance you already have, the panicked chase for earthly provision begins to lose its grip.

So, by all means, pray against the spirit of darkness that brings nightmares. Command it to flee in Jesus’ victorious name, for His victory is your victory. But instead of demanding that God give you back specific dreams and make everything happen according to your script, ask Him to fill your sleep with His peace and to transform your mind by His Word. His blessings overtake you not because you have perfectly avoided every wrong person or circumstance, but because you are in Christ, and in Him all of God’s promises find their yes. You are already blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Let that reality sink deeper than any fear, and you will find that His grace is sufficient to hold you and your loved ones, now and forever.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer request, laying bare your deepest concerns before the Lord. It has been our privilege to stand with you in spiritual warfare, lifting up the nightmares, the fear of separation, and the desire for protection over your relationships. We have prayed fervently that every spirit of darkness would flee in the mighty name of Jesus, that no wrong or wicked person would come near you or your loved ones, and that the bonds between you would remain unbreakable—not just in this life, but for eternity.

We have also joined you in asking our Heavenly Father for His abundant provision, that He would open the floodgates of heaven and pour out financial blessings according to His riches in glory. And we have petitioned Him to restore the good dreams He has placed in your heart, that you would walk in hope and purpose as He leads you forward.

If the Lord has already moved in these areas—if the nightmares have ceased, if your relationships are growing stronger, if doors of provision have opened, or if peace has replaced fear—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share how God has answered so we can rejoice together.
