please prayers to pass my polygraph test (lie detector test) on Thursday, ###

Your request has been received and we have lifted it up before the Lord with care. We are praying for you as you approach this polygraph test on Thursday, that God would grant you peace and help you to walk in truth before Him and before men.

Scripture calls us to gird our loins with truth and to put on the breastplate of righteousness, so that we may stand with a clear conscience. It also teaches us to pray that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior. There is no more needful peace than the peace within, when the soul is not at war with itself, but is at rest because it is walking honestly before God.

Our prayer for you is not simply that a machine would record a favorable result, but that the truth would be plainly seen, and that you would be found faithful and truthful in all your answers. If you have walked in obedience during this long season of probation, we thank God for His sustaining grace. If there is any matter where conscience is not clear, we urge you to bring it honestly to the Lord in confession and repentance before Thursday, for God desires truth in the inward parts and He is faithful to forgive through Jesus Christ.

We pray that the Lord Jesus, who alone is our Savior and our peace, would calm your heart, steady your mind, and let you speak the truth without fear or deception. We pray that this test would be conducted fairly, that the outcome would reflect what is true, and that whether this is your final test or not, you would continue to pursue a life of honesty, sobriety, and godliness as you complete this season of probation.

May the Lord grant you His grace to finish this course faithfully, to live at peace with God through Christ, and to walk forward in a way that gives no cause for accusation.

We are praying for you on Thursday at that hour, asking God to keep you in truth and peace.
