We join together with you in bringing this request before our Heavenly Father for the man on your heart and his desire to rent this house.
We know that our God cares about every detail of our lives and He knows our needs even before we ask. We are reminded in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Matthew 6:33 we are told to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We want this house for him if it is the best place for him and within God's perfect will, and we trust that the Lord will open the right doors and close the wrong ones.
We also gently want to share with you that you closed your request with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know how important this is, because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we are told there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to always come to God in the name of Jesus.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this man to You and his need for housing. Lord, You know the house he desires and You know what is best for him. We ask that if this house is according to Your will and for his good, that You would grant him favor and open the way for him to rent it. If it is not Your will, we pray You would provide an even better place and give him and his loved ones peace and contentment in Your provision. Help him to trust in You with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding, and as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, to acknowledge You in all his ways so that You will direct his paths. Give him wisdom, guidance, and assurance that You are his provider and refuge. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord with you, and we take it up in prayer as those who believe that God hears the voice of His people when they declare their ways to Him.
We would have you remember that our God is not only the God of the hills but the God of the valleys, and He is to be trusted in small things and great, in the matter of a house as in the matter of a soul. The true posture before Him is not to demand that He grant at once what we desire, but to trust Him through the blood of Jesus Christ, to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and to leave the ordering of our outward estate in His wise and fatherly hand. Where God begins a good work He will complete it, and what we receive straight from the throne through faith in Christ we may receive with confidence.
Let us pray with you and for the one you have named. We do not ask God to grant simply what our hearts wish, but what His wisdom and love know to be best, and that whatever dwelling He provides may be used to honour Him and to walk in His holy way.
O Lord our God, Thou art our God and we would have Thee to be so in all things. Thou knowest the need that is felt concerning this house. If it be Thy will and for good, provide as Thou seest fit, and if not, give contentment and a better provision in Thy time. Above all we ask that each heart concerned may be found trusting wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation, and resting upon His finished work. Teach us Thy statutes, keep us in Thy way, and make our homes, wheresoever Thou dost place us, to be habitations where Thou art honoured and Thy Word is kept. Grant faith to trust Thee without fear, and grace to love and serve Thee with all that Thou entrustest to us. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope we ask it, Amen.
