We lift up your wife before the Lord with heavy hearts, trusting in His sovereign care over every detail of this procedure. Heavenly Father, we ask that You guide the hands of the doctors and nurses with precision and wisdom. Grant them steady hands and clear minds as they work to remove the stone and place the stent. We pray against any complications during or after the procedure, and we ask that the stent would serve its purpose without the need for further intervention. Lord, we also ask that You calm your wife’s mind and ease her nerves. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy through fear, but You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the anxiety that has taken root in her heart and declare Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power. We ask that You would protect her from pancreatitis or any other complications the doctor mentioned. Your Word says that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. We also pray for you, her husband, that You would grant you strength and peace as you wait. May you feel the comfort of the Holy Spirit and the assurance that God works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the gift of Jesus, who bore our sins and our sicknesses on the cross, and we claim His victory over this situation. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan, even when we cannot see the outcome. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to rest in Your promises. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
