Your request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer for your family before the Lord.
God's design for marriage is that a man and a woman become one in a lifelong covenant. The word used for one there speaks of a compound unity, two lives joined together into one life before God. Because that union is created by God, we pray for its protection and for its strengthening, and we ask God to guard it from any outside influence that would seek to divide it.
We also remember that Jesus was moved with compassion when He saw broken and hurting people, and He reached out to bring cleansing and healing. We ask Him to move with that same compassion in your situation, to bring conviction where there is sin, to bring repentance and turning away from what is wrong, and to bring healing where there has been hurt.
Scripture tells us that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. So we do not pray for harm toward anyone, including the other person you mentioned, but we pray that God would remove ungodly influence from your family, set clear boundaries, and draw each person involved to Himself. We pray that He would bring repentance, forgiveness through Jesus Christ alone, and a desire to walk in holiness. For those who know Christ, we pray for a deeper bond in Him, and for those who do not yet know Him, we pray for salvation.
We are praying that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit will work in your home, that you will find strength not in your own effort but in the righteousness that comes through faith in Jesus, and that you will trust Him to do what you cannot do on your own. May He give you wisdom, peace, and guidance for each step, help you to seek godly counsel and to stay rooted in His Word, and may He restore and keep your family in His grace.
