While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry for truth and for perfect justice and we stand with you before the Lord seeking His will together in Jesus' name. We thank God that He has delivered you from life threatening danger in that apartment and that He has protected you again when you were falsely accused and when the police were called against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We rejoice with you that the officers saw your innocence and that others in your house believed you when you showed the documentation and the photos of your wounded skin. The Lord indeed is mighty to save and He sees all that is done in secret.

We take seriously what you have shared about the tampering with the heating system and the RCD being disconnected so that you received electric shocks during showers, and that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up. If this is so, this is attempted murder, which God abhors. You also shared about repeated entries into your apartment, lies and false accusations from a woman who says you entered her house, mocking of your injuries even saying this story could make it onto the BBC, and the landlord avoiding you and refusing to speak or take responsibility. We rebuke all of these wicked actions. To intentionally endanger a life, to lie, to bear false witness, to file false reports with the police, and to mock the suffering of another are sins before God and crimes before men. We also gently rebuke the hardness of heart that refuses remorse, apology or compensation, and the arrogance and abusive speech you have endured. God calls such hardness sin and He will bring it into judgment unless there is repentance. We also encourage you not to let bitterness or hatred take root in your own heart, even as you rightly seek justice. We are called to overcome evil with good and to leave vengeance in God's hands while still seeking lawful justice through the proper authorities.

The word you quoted is true and we cling to it with you. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21. We also remember that nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and that there is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account Hebrews 4:13. The Lord loves justice Psalm 37:28 and He is a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he Deuteronomy 32:4. Yet His word also says, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Perfect justice belongs to Him. He will reveal the identity of the one who did this and anyone who helped them, whether in this life through the authorities He has appointed or at the final judgment where no one escapes His eye.

We do not wrestle only against flesh and blood, and we hear your discernment that there is spiritual unrest and agitation behind the constant attacks, lies and shouting. We pray not only against the deeds but for the souls of those involved, for the ex-landlord, for the woman who accuses you, and for the concierge and any subordinate who mocked your injuries and called the police with false accusations. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them, break their hardness, and give them a new heart as God promised, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. We pray they will stop lying, take responsibility, repent and submit to God before the day of judgment. Jesus taught us, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44, and we choose to obey Him even now while we also pray for your protection and for truth to be exposed.

We thank you that you close your request with Thank you Jesus and Your will be done Heavenly Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We come boldly through His blood alone.

We pray together now in Jesus' name. Heavenly Father, Your will be done. We ask You to reveal what has been hidden in darkness and to bring the truth into the light for all to see. Expose who entered that apartment, who tampered with the heating and the RCD, and who helped or directed them. Let every lie and false accusation be shown for what it is. We ask for Your perfect justice to be done, and we ask that You guide the police and all lawful authorities to act with wisdom and impartiality, to observe rightly and to pursue the truth. Protect our dear one from further harm, from electric danger, from slander and from abuse, and heal the wounds on his skin and the trauma in his heart, for You heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Give him peace that surpasses understanding and keep him from fear. Touch the landlord and the residents of that house that they may see the truth, touch the woman who is abusive and restless that her arrogance and evil may be broken and she may repent, and touch the concierge who mocked suffering that he may receive compassion and turn from evil. Grant them all a heart of flesh that hears Your call. Let affliction not slay the wicked without first offering mercy, but if they refuse, let Your righteous judgment prevail. We have been holding your story before the Lord and we thank you for letting us know how things have unfolded. What you describe, living with fear in your own home, being shocked, carrying wounds, then facing false accusations while simply walking and reading your Bible, is a heavy burden to carry for months, and we are grateful God has protected you and that the police have twice confirmed you were free to go.

We continue to pray with you for truth to come into the light and for just and lawful processes to reveal what happened in that flat. We also pray for your ongoing safety and peace where you live now, and for the neighbors who have listened to you and believed you.

A practical step that may help you as you wait, please have a medical professional care for your skin and check you after the electric shocks, even as we pray for healing. Keep your photos, reports from electricians, and any official notes together in a safe place with copies elsewhere, and if you need guidance on housing safety or next steps, a local tenant advice service or trusted advocate can walk with you alongside the authorities.

Father, we bring this friend to You in Jesus' name. Reveal what is hidden, guard them from harm, bring healing to body and heart, grant wisdom to those investigating, and work in every heart involved to turn toward truth and responsibility. Give our friend rest and assurance in Your care. Amen.

Your cry has been heard and we bring it before the throne of grace with you. The Lord is the sure observer who sees what is done in secret, what motives were vile and what objects were sinful, and conscience itself must say that His judgment is true. You have appealed to Him who will perfect that which concerneth you, and we take confidence with you in that divine confidence, that the Lord will perfect it, for His mercy endureth forever and the everlasting arches of divine mercy can sustain all the weight of your trouble.

We do not wonder that you have felt the wave of persecution and slander, of cruel mockings and venomous spite. The Scriptures teach us that persecution, though bitter, is often blessed to the church, for it keeps up the separation between the church and the world and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such affliction that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps all his bones. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, and the low tree fostered by the husbandman shall mount even to the stars, while the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie outstretched. There is divine sovereignty in all these things, and there is no attribute more comforting to His children, for we may trace His hand in everything and rest in His perfect will.

You have asked for the truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we join you in that prayer, remembering that divine justice was manifested in the very highest degree at the cross, where the justice of God was vindicated and yet God remains the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We pray therefore not as those who would take vengeance into our own hands, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but as those who bring their cause into the court of divine inspection and wait for His decision, believing that He who is just will not leave the guilty uncondemned nor the innocent without deliverance.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son who died the felon's death that Thou mightest be just and the justifier, we lay this matter before Thee. Thou seest what has been done in that apartment, whether hands have entered unlawfully, whether devices were tampered with to cause harm, and Thou knowest every heart and every intention. Bring to light what has been hidden in darkness. Expose every lie and false accusation, and let the truth be made plain to all, to neighbors, to authorities, and to those who have believed slander. We ask for Thy protection over Thy child who has been afflicted and wounded, for healing of body and peace of mind, and for wisdom to walk uprightly and to use lawful means with meekness.

We pray for perfect justice according to Thy unimpeachable justice, through the right ordering of those Thou hast appointed to bear the sword. Guide the police and all who investigate, that they may discern truth from falsehood and act with impartiality. And we pray also for mercy, that Thou wouldst break hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh. Touch the landlord who avoids responsibility, the woman who accuses and reviles, and the concierge who mocks suffering, that the Holy Spirit may convict them, stop their lying, and bring them to repentance and to submission to Thee, that they may hear Thy call and be saved. We have received your request and we are praying with you in the name of Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our refuge. We thank God that He has protected your life and delivered you from harm, and we grieve with you over the fear, the injuries, the electric shocks, and the repeated false accusations you have endured.

God sees what is done in secret and knows every heart and intention. As you quoted from Psalm 34, many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He will not let those who hate the righteous go uncondemned forever. Nothing hidden will remain hidden before Him. He is both your protector and the perfect judge who judges with truth and righteousness, not with rumor or suspicion.

We are praying that the truth will be made clear in a lawful and orderly way. Scripture teaches that every matter is to be established by two or three witnesses, and that false accusation is a grave evil that God hates. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence and allowed you to go freely, and we pray that all further investigation will be conducted with honesty and care. Continue to keep the documentation, photographs, and electrician reports you have, and to walk peacefully and openly as you have been doing. God frees those who walk in integrity from the anxiety and plotting that comes from deceit.

We are also praying for perfect justice as God defines it. His perfect justice is not only that wrongdoing is exposed and the responsible are held accountable according to the law, but also that sinners are given opportunity to repent and turn from their hardness. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. Our calling is to seek what is right through lawful means, to tell the truth without exaggeration, and to leave the final judgment in His hands while not returning evil for evil.

Therefore we are praying for the landlord, for the woman who has accused you, and for the concierge and any others involved, not that God would bless their wrongdoing, but that the Holy Spirit would convict them, break their hardness of heart, give them a heart of flesh, and lead them to stop lying, to take responsibility, and to submit to Christ in repentance and faith. We pray that any arrogance, mocking, and hatred would be broken, and that they would hear His call and be saved. We pray this because God desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance, even as He remains the righteous judge of all.

We are praying for you as well, for healing of your body from the wounds and shocks, for peace from anxiety, for protection each time you go out to walk and read Scripture, and for wisdom to know how to respond with meekness and firmness when you are falsely accused.
