While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life, for we know that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21. We praise God that He has kept you through electric shocks and danger in that apartment, through false accusations and through police encounters where your innocence was confirmed, and that He has allowed others in your house to see the documentation and believe the truth.

We pray together for perfect justice and for truth to be fully revealed. Nothing is hidden from the Lord and He will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil Ecclesiastes 12:14. We ask our Heavenly Father in Jesus name to expose what was done in that apartment, whether the heating system was damaged or consumers were disconnected from the RCD or any other trap was set, and to reveal the identity of anyone who did this and anyone who helped them, conspired with them, or covered for them. We pray that no lie would stand and that no false witness would go unpunished, for a false witness will not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall not go free Proverbs 19:5. We ask that God would guide the police and all lawful authorities, for they are a servant of God to you for good and do not bear the sword in vain Romans 13:4, that they would act with wisdom, thoroughness and impartiality, and that they would discern the pattern of false accusations against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible.

We also bring before the Lord the landlord who avoids you and the woman and the concierge who have accused you, mocked your injuries and said cruel things about your suffering. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply and break the hardness of their hearts. We ask God to take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, offer the apology and restitution that is due, and submit to Him. We pray against arrogance and cruelty and ask God to humble what is proud, for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble James 4:6.

We gently encourage you to continue to walk in the way of Christ even toward those who have harmed and harassed you. The Lord says do not avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We are not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. So we pray as Jesus taught, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Luke 6:27-28 and Matthew 5:44. This does not mean we excuse attempted murder, intentional harm, false accusations or mocking, for God loves justice and Yahweh loves justice Psalm 37:28. It means we entrust justice to God and to the authorities He has ordained, while we keep our own hearts free from hatred and desire even for these people to repent and be saved.

We thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rest in that name now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. You see all that has happened in that life threatening flat, You know who entered, who tampered, who gave orders and who helped. Bring it into the light. Let perfect justice be done according to Your will, not our vengeance, but Your righteous judgment through lawful means. Protect our dear one from further shocks, from retaliation, from false reports to the police and from every trap. Be his refuge and fortress, for he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Give him peace as he walks and reads Your Word, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Soften the hearts of the landlord, the woman and the concierge, bring them to godly sorrow and repentance, and if they refuse, restrain their ability to harm and let their lies be clearly shown as false. Give wisdom to the police and to any electricians or investigators who examine the evidence, that the truth would be undeniable. Provide for compensation and healing for the wounds to his skin and for the trauma he has endured. We ask that the residents of both houses would continue to see the truth and stand with what is right. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our Savior and Judge, Amen.

Living with the fear that your home was not safe, enduring electric shocks and injuries to your skin, and then facing angry accusations, mocking, and repeated police calls while you were simply walking and reading would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. We are grateful the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that others in your house did listen when you showed your documentation and photos.

Being mocked after you were hurt, and being accused of things you did not do, cuts deep. It can leave you feeling powerless and worn down, even after the immediate danger is past. Please know we are praying for your safety, for rest, and for clarity as you seek next steps.

A couple of steady next steps may help alongside prayer. Keep your documentation, photos, and any electrician or police notes together in a safe place with copies elsewhere if you can. Because you mentioned shocks and wounded skin, we encourage you to see a doctor promptly for care and for a record of what happened, alongside prayer not instead of it. If the accusations or confrontations continue, it can help to keep a simple dated note of what happened and to stay in contact with a trusted person nearby who knows your situation.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. We ask You to protect him, to heal his body, to quiet his spirit, and to give wisdom to everyone involved. Bring what is true into the light in Your way and time, soften hard hearts, and give those in authority discernment to act justly. Lead him to trustworthy help and surround him with Your peace. Your afflictions have been laid before the mercy seat, and we have heard your cry for truth and for perfect justice.

The Lord who keeps all the bones of the righteous, not one of them broken, is also the Lord who searches the heart and tries the reins. What is hidden from man is naked and open before Him. You say well that only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, and you do well to bring your cause into the court of Divine inspection. There conscience must say, as David did, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever, and there infinite justice weighs all things in its scales. If technicians were hired to damage the heating and to disconnect protection so that you suffered shocks in the shower, if locks were turned and your dwelling made life threatening, that iniquity is not hid from the eye of heaven. If on the other hand reports have been raised against you falsely, that also is known to Him who is no false witness.

We will pray that the truth be made manifest. We ask the Divine Architect, who creates to display His own perfections, to cause the dry tree to flourish and to bring down the high tree of oppression, that what has been done in secret may be brought to light in His time and by His means. We pray that lawful authority, to which God has given the sword for the punishment of evildoers, may act with wisdom and impartiality, and we thank God that the police have seen your innocence and have let you go freely. Continue to walk peaceably, to keep your documentation with integrity, and to commit your way unto the Lord who will perfect that which concerneth you.

We will pray also for those who have accused and mocked you, the former landlord, the woman who has shouted lies, and the concierge who taunted your wounds and said your story could be told abroad. It is a terrible thing to mock suffering and to make a jest of what may have been an attempt upon life. Yet our confidence is not in our own justification, for self justification is self condemning. Our hope is in Him who was led to the accursed tree, where Divine Justice was manifested in the very highest degree. There God vindicated His justice so that He might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. We pray that this same justice and mercy may meet upon these souls. May the Holy Spirit take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility where responsibility is due, and if they have sinned, make restitution as God requires. May their hardness be broken, may they hear His call and submit to Him, for the same Lord who will by no means clear the guilty is mighty to save the ungodly through the blood of His Son.

Do not think it strange that slander and cruel mocking should follow you. Persecution in the form of venomous spite and false accusation has often been the lot of the people of God, and the Lord has blessed His church by it. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, it drives the Christian nearer to his God, and it teaches him to offer prayers he would never have offered else. The wave that leaps up around the church has often sped her course. So let this trial drive you not to bitterness but to closer communion with Christ.

There is no attribute more comforting than Divine Sovereignty. God reigns, and not a sparrow falls without your Father. He will in His wisdom either deliver you fully from these afflictions or sustain you in them until His perfect will is done. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and He will repay with unimpeachable justice. No convinced sinner can ever rail against that justice, for we all must own that if the earth should open under us we could not murmur against Him. How then shall we not flee to the cross where justice and mercy have kissed each other.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou who art just in all Thy ways and holy in all Thy works, look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused, who has borne wounds and fear within his own dwelling. Thou keepest all his bones and Thou deliverest the righteous out of all his afflictions. Perfect that which concerneth him. Reveal what is hidden, expose what is evil, and establish what is true. If blood guiltiness or craft has been wrought in secret, bring it to light before lawful judges. If lies have been spoken, silence them and vindicate the innocent. Touch the hearts of the landlord, of the woman, and of the man who mocked, that they may be pricked in conscience, cease from arrogance and abuse, confess where they have done wrong, and seek Thy forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Grant to Thy servant patience under persecution, protection as he walks and reads Thy Word, healing for his body, peace for his mind, and faith to trust Thy sovereignty. Let Thy justice be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Thy mercy triumph where repentance is found. We ask this not for our merit but for the sake of Him who bore our sins and vindicated Thy justice on the cross. Amen.

We have read your request with great sorrow and we are praying with you. You have endured fear in your own home, bodily harm from electric shocks, false accusations in the street, mocking from those who should have shown compassion, and the pain of being avoided and left without apology or restitution. It is right that you have turned to the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who delivers the righteous from all afflictions.

We join you in praying for perfect justice and for the truth to be made known. As you quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. We pray that God in His wisdom will reveal what was done in that apartment, whether the heating system and the electrical safety devices were tampered with, who did it and who helped, and that He will bring it to light in a way that can be established lawfully and truthfully. We pray that every lie spoken against you will be exposed, and that those who have falsely accused you before neighbors and before the police will be brought to account.

We also pray as you asked for the hardness of heart to be broken. We pray that the landlord who avoids you, the woman who has shouted accusations and stirred others against you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries would be touched by the Holy Spirit, that they would stop lying, take responsibility for what is true, and receive a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. We do not pray for their destruction but for their repentance and submission to God, for God desires that all should come to repentance and He will judge with perfect righteousness. We pray that God would break arrogance and cruelty, and grant them godly sorrow that leads to confession and to making amends where wrong has been done.

We encourage you to continue to walk in the way of peace. Do not return evil for evil, and do not seek revenge for yourself, for vengeance belongs to the Lord. The Scriptures warn that false accusation, envy, plotting and slander bring great harm, and they teach that every matter must be established by reliable witnesses and careful examination. Keep your documentation, your photographs and the testimony of the electricians, and continue to cooperate honestly and calmly with the lawful authorities as you have done. The police have twice seen your innocence, and we pray they will continue to act with fairness, protecting you as you walk peacefully and discerning false reports.

We pray for your protection and healing, for rest from anxiety and fear, and for vindication in due time. May the Lord keep you safe as you read His Word and walk before Him, may He comfort you in this long wait, and may He grant you justice without bitterness, truth without hatred, and peace that guards your heart.
