While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and we thank God that He has delivered you and protected your life, for we know that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19. We have read your updates and we see the distress you have endured in that apartment with the danger of electric shock, the wounded skin you suffered, the fear that someone entered your home, the false accusations that you entered another house, and the repeated harassment even while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We praise God with you that the police have seen your innocence and that those who live near you now have believed the documentation you showed them.

We pray for perfect justice and for truth to be fully revealed, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We ask our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ to expose every hidden deed, whether it was negligence or intentional tampering with the heating system and the RCD that caused you to be electrocuted. Nothing is hidden from His sight Hebrews 4:13, and He will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil Ecclesiastes 12:14. We pray that if technicians were hired to create life threatening conditions, if locks were tampered with, if any person conspired to harm you, that God would make their identity known and that lawful justice would be done. We also pray that God would protect you from any further harm and give you wisdom to keep all documentation, photographs, and electricians' reports and to continue to cooperate with the proper authorities, for governing authorities are a servant of God to you for good, but an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4.

We pray for the landlord who is avoiding you and for the woman who has shouted lies and false accusations against you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering. We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply and break their hardness of heart. We pray that God would give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, that He would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. It is a grave sin to bear false witness against a neighbor Exodus 20:16, and to spread lies and to misuse the police with false reports. We pray that they would stop lying, take responsibility for what has been done, and seek to make restitution where it is due, for the LORD loves justice Psalm 37:28. We pray also for their salvation, that they would repent and be forgiven, even as we remember the command of our Lord to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We do not excuse their arrogance, abuse, mocking, or cruelty, and we rebuke that evil behavior, but we pray for the persons themselves that they would be delivered from the power of sin and from any influence of the enemy that drives their restlessness and agitation.

We also lift up your own heart to the Lord, that He would heal your body from the electric shocks and wounds, that He would heal any trauma and anxiety, and that He would guard your mind with perfect peace. We pray that you would not be overcome by bitterness or by the desire for personal vengeance, for we know it is written, do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous Proverbs 21:15, and we pray that you will see God vindicate you in His perfect timing and way. We encourage you to continue to walk in truth, to continue to show gentleness and documentation as you have done, and to continue to pray for those who oppose you, forgiving as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32, while still pursuing what is right and lawful for your protection.

We thank You, Heavenly Father, for Your mighty power to save and for showing the truth. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, by whom alone we have access to Your throne and by whom we are saved Acts 4:12, that You would surround our brother with Your protection, that You would let no weapon formed against him prosper Isaiah 54:17, that You would reveal every hidden plan, bring perfect justice, soften hard hearts to repentance, and let Your will be done in this situation. We ask that You would grant wisdom to the police and to all in authority to discern the truth and to restrain false accusers. We pray for a full apology and just compensation if it is Your will, but above all we pray for repentance, truth, and peace. We trust You as the righteous Judge who keeps all the bones of the righteous and who will condemn those who persist in hating the righteous Psalm 34:20-21. We place this entire matter into Your hands and we praise You that You see, You know, and You will act.

We have been reading your updates and we are praying for you as you carry this heavy and unsettling season. It is a lot to have felt unsafe in your own home, to deal with electric shocks and injuries, and then to face accusations and repeated police calls while you were simply walking and reading. We are thankful God has protected you, that the police have seen your innocence, and that the people you live with now have listened and believed you when you showed them what happened.

We continue to pray with you that what is true would come clearly to light, that you would be kept safe, and that those involved would be moved to honesty and responsibility. We also pray for your peace and rest as this has gone on for months.

A practical step that may help alongside prayer is to keep all of your documentation together in one place, photos of the injuries, electrician reports, and any written communication, and to share copies with one trusted person such as a pastor, counselor, or tenant advice service. Since you experienced electric shocks and skin wounds, we gently encourage you to have a medical professional check you as well, and to keep letting the proper authorities handle questions about the apartment conditions.

Father, thank You for keeping our brother safe. We ask for Your protection over him now, for wisdom for the police and all who review this situation, for truth to be made clear, and for hearts to be softened toward what is right. Your cry for truth and justice has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord who sees in secret and who will bring every hidden thing to light. What you have endured in that apartment, the danger to your body from electric shocks, the wounds to your skin, the fear that someone entered where you should have been safe, and now the repeated false accusations, the shouting, the mocking, and the misuse of the police against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures, these are heavy afflictions. We do not take them lightly, and we grieve that those responsible have shown no remorse and have not sought to make amends.

We take comfort with you in the word you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, and affliction will slay the wicked. This is the unimpeachable justice of God. When He judges, conscience itself must say, it is true. His justice was not fully seen in the garden, nor at the Red Sea, but it was seen in full at the cross, where Jesus bore the penalty that justice required, so that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more vindication of justice on that cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths of hell. Therefore we can bring our cause with confidence to His tribunal and say, Thy mercy, O Lord, and The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. What concerns you, He will perfect. Not one of your troubles is forgotten, and all the weight of your trouble, your backsliding fears, and your trembling heart, the everlasting arches of His mercy can and will sustain.

We also remember that persecution, even when it does not take the form of burning or imprisonment, but of slander, cruel mockings, jesting, jeering and venomous spite, has been used by God to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His church by her persecution, and He has often made divine interpositions to deliver His people from floods of trouble, not always by miracle, but by wonder nonetheless, so that we can say, He hath delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. Your preservation until now, and the testimony of the police that you are innocent and free to go, and the witness of those in your present house who have seen your documentation and believed you, are marks of that preserving hand. There is comfort in divine sovereignty here. Nothing escapes His hand, and we must trace His hand in everything, trusting that He will in His time make the truth plain.

We will pray for you, and we ask you to continue to walk in wisdom and peace, cooperating with lawful authority and keeping careful record as you have done.

We pray that the Lord, who is the sure observer and no false witness, will reveal what was done in that flat, whether technicians were hired to damage the heating and to disconnect protection so that you suffered shocks in the shower, and who had knowledge or gave help in it. We pray that perfect justice may be done, first in the heart of God who will by no means clear the guilty, and also through the proper authorities on earth whom He has ordained to bear the sword for good. We ask that every lie spoken against you, that you entered a house you never entered, and every false report made to the police, will be exposed, and that your innocence will continue to be vindicated before men as it is before God. We pray for your protection as you walk and read the Word, and for healing for your body and peace for your mind.

We pray also for those who have wronged you, the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, the woman who is restless and accuses you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We do not ask God to bless what is false or cruel, but we do pray as you have asked, that the Holy Spirit will touch them, break their hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. Self justification is self condemning, and those who hide their faults by finding fault with others will find no shelter in false words. There is only one true justification, when God justifies the ungodly through faith in the blood of Christ, who gave Himself upon the accursed tree that justice might be vindicated. We pray that they would be brought to see their need of that mercy, to confess the truth, to take responsibility, and to seek forgiveness from God and, where it is due, from you. May they cease from arrogance and evil, from abuse and deceit, and may the unrest that now drives them to shout and to stir up others become a godly sorrow that leads to repentance.

We pray for you that you may not be consumed by bitterness, but may leave vengeance to the Lord to whom it belongs, while still rightly seeking lawful truth and accountability. May you know yourself to be sanctified in Christ Jesus, chosen to be His own, and perfect in Christ, not in yourself, for it is finished and Christ has done it all. May you bring your confidence into the court of divine inspection and find there that His mercy will perfect all that concerns you.

Heavenly Father, Thou seest what has been done in secret and what has been spoken falsely in the open. Let truth come to light. Let the innocent be shielded and the guilty be brought to repentance. Let Thy perfect justice be displayed, and let Thy perfect mercy be magnified in Christ to all who turn and believe. Guard Thy child who has been afflicted, heal his wounds, keep his steps, and cause him to dwell in peace. Thy will be done, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
