While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking His perfect justice and His perfect mercy together.

We thank God that He has protected your life and delivered you from what appears to have been a very dangerous and life threatening dwelling, and that He has vindicated you before the police when false accusations were made against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We rejoice that those who live near you have seen the documentation and photos and have believed the truth, and that the police have confirmed your innocence and recognized that they must now observe those who falsely accused you. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and no lie can stand forever before Him.

We pray that God will reveal what has been hidden and bring perfect justice according to His righteous character. For it is written, The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good Proverbs 15:3, and There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts 1 Corinthians 4:5. We ask Him to expose whether anyone entered your former apartment, whether the heating system and the RCD protection were intentionally tampered with to cause electric shocks, and who is responsible and who helped them. We pray that every technician report, every record, and every witness needed will come forth, and that the authorities appointed to bear the sword for justice Romans 13:4 will act with wisdom and impartiality.

We also lift up before the Lord the ex landlord who avoids you and will not speak, the woman who has shouted lies and accusations and called the police with false reports, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering. We understand your anguish and your use of strong words about their actions, and Scripture calls such deeds evil when they intentionally harm and deceive. Yet we are commanded to love our enemies and to pray for those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44, and to bless those who persecute us and not curse them Romans 12:14. So we pray not out of hatred but out of a desire for God's will to be done. We pray that the Holy Spirit will break their hardness and grant them a new heart as promised, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. May He convict them of lying, of lack of remorse, of arrogance and mockery, and bring them to confess, to take responsibility, and to make restitution where it is due. May they hear His call and submit to Him while there is still time.

We encourage you to continue to walk in peace and in truth. You quoted Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20, and we cling to that promise with you. We also remember, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, and The Lord loves justice Psalm 37:28. You do not need to avenge yourself. God is your defender, and He also ordains lawful authorities to investigate wrongdoing. Keep all documentation, photos, electrician confirmations, and police reports safely, seek godly legal counsel if needed, continue to cooperate calmly with the police as you have done, and do not return evil for evil 1 Peter 3:9.

We thank God that you know Jesus and that you end your request with Your will be done, Heavenly Father. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rest in that name now.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, reveal the truth about what happened in that apartment and expose every hidden deed. Protect our dear one from all further harm, lies, and false accusations, and let no weapon that is formed against him prosper Isaiah 54:17. Heal his wounded skin and heal the trauma and stress of these months, and grant him Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Let Your perfect justice be done, and at the same time have mercy and bring these hard hearts to repentance, that they may turn from lying and malice and be saved. We ask that You break arrogance and evil, silence mocking lips, and cause all involved to speak truth and take responsibility. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven Matthew 6:10. We trust You who judges righteously and delivers the afflicted. Amen.

We have been carrying your story before the Lord and we hear how exhausting these months have been - feeling unsafe in your own apartment, then facing shouting, false accusations, and mocking even after you moved out.

It is understandable to feel worn down when you have tried to show what happened with the heating and electrical issues, with photos and electricians' confirmations, and still meet avoidance and denial. We are thankful to hear the police saw you were innocent and let you go freely, and that the people you live with now listened and believed you when you showed your documentation. That matters.

When accusations and ridicule continue over time it can leave anyone feeling on edge and doubting where to turn. It helps to keep a steady record and not carry this alone. If you have not already, keep copies of your photos, electrician notes, and any police notes in a safe place outside your home, and let the proper authorities continue to handle questions of truth and responsibility. For the shocks and skin wounds you described, please also have a medical professional check you alongside prayer, so you have care and a clear record of your healing.

We are praying for your safety, for peace in your current home, and for truth to be made clear in the right ways.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection, bring healing to his body, calm his heart, and let what is true come to light. Soften hard hearts where there is hardness, and give him wisdom and steady support in the days ahead. Amen.

We have heard your cry and we bring your burden before the throne of grace, asking the Lord who sees in secret to act according to His perfect wisdom and His unimpeachable justice.

The afflictions you describe are grievous, and the Lord knows what has been done in darkness, what motives were vile and what intentions were hidden from the eyes of men. He is no false witness, but a sure observer, and His justice will not be mistaken. As it is written, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. We thank God that He has preserved your life, that He has kept you from the snare, and that He has given testimony through those who have seen your wounds and your documentation and through those appointed to keep the peace who have judged you innocent.

We pray that the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. Your confidence is not in man but in Jehovah, who is able to sustain all the weight of trouble and to bring forth truth into the light. We ask that if evil was indeed devised against you, if hands tampered with what should have kept you safe and exposed you to harm, God in His sovereignty would reveal the truth in His time and by lawful means. We pray for perfect justice, not as men count justice, but as God is just, the justice that was most fully vindicated at the cross where Christ bore sin that God might be just and the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is no sin that escapes His eye, and there is no wrong that will not be weighed in His balances.

We pray also for those who have accused you falsely, for the woman who has reviled you, for the landlord who avoids responsibility, and for the one who mocked your injuries. We do not ask God to bless hardness of heart or to affirm what is false. We ask that the Holy Spirit would break the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that He would bring conviction of sin, that lying lips would be stopped and that each soul would hear His call, repent, and submit to Him. For there is one name under heaven by which we must be saved, and men who trust in their own righteousness have nothing harsh to say against the mercy that comes only through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ. May they know that mercy while there is yet time, for no convinced sinner rails against the justice of God but rather smites upon his breast and flees to Christ.

We pray for you, that this persecution, with its cruel mockings and venomous spite and slander, may drive you nearer to your God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else. May the Lord use this trial to keep you separate from the world and close to Christ, to teach you that divine interpositions still come in deliverance from floods of trouble, not always by miracle but by wonder, preserving life and bringing forth truth. May He heal your body where you were wounded, quiet your spirit where you have been agitated, and guard you as you walk peaceably and read His Word.

We commit to the Lord those set in authority, that the police and all who are called to judge would act with impartiality and truth, observing rightly who is at fault and protecting the innocent. We encourage you to continue to walk in truth, to keep careful record of what has happened, to seek lawful help where needed, and to leave vengeance in the hands of Him to whom vengeance belongs, while not neglecting the proper use of the means He has provided for protection and justice.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, reveal what is hidden, vindicate what is true, restrain what is evil, and save sinners by Thy grace. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy mercy and Thy justice both be magnified. We ask this trusting in Thy divine sovereignty which is the comfort of Thy children, and in Thy faithful promise that Thou wilt perfect that which concerneth Thy people. Amen.
