While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank God that He has protected you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and frightening situation, and that He has vindicated you before the police when false accusations were made against you. We hear the distress in your updates and we bring every detail before the Lord who sees all things in secret.

We agree with you that only God knows what is in the heart of man and what the true intentions have been, and we pray with you for perfect justice and for the truth to be fully revealed. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. The Lord is a God of justice who hates false witness and violence, and He has promised that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20. We also remember that a false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free. Proverbs 19:5, and you shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. Exodus 20:16. If technicians were hired to tamper with the heating and the RCD and cause electric shocks, or if anyone entered your apartment with intent to harm, that is a grave evil before God, for you shall not murder. Exodus 20:13, and God will bring it to light in His perfect timing, whether through the authorities He has ordained, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4.

We are grateful that when the police were called while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible, they saw your innocence and let you go freely and even observed that the other party must be watched for false accusation. We pray the Lord continues to be your shield and that the residents of both houses will see the truth, as those in your current house already have when you showed them the documentation and photos of your injuries. We pray for healing for your wounded skin and for peace from the trauma of those electric shocks. We also pray for those who have mocked your suffering and said cruel things like this could make it onto the BBC. Such mocking lacks compassion and is evil in God's sight, and we ask the Lord to convict them deeply.

We also hear your anguish that the landlord is avoiding you and shows no remorse, and that this woman continues in anger, shouting, spreading lies and acting abusively. We pray with you that the Holy Spirit will break hardness of heart and bring true conviction and repentance. We pray as it is written, I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. May they stop lying, take responsibility, apologize and make restitution where it is due. At the same time we gently encourage you to guard your own heart against hatred. It is right to call evil what God calls evil and to seek justice through lawful means and to keep all documentation, photos and electricians' confirmations as you have done, but we are called to overcome evil with good and to entrust vengeance to the Lord. Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. And our Lord Jesus says, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. So we pray not only for exposure and justice, but for their souls, that their arrogance would be broken and they would submit to God and be saved, for God desires that none should perish.

We now pray together in Jesus' name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have kept this dear one from death and from false condemnation. Lord, You see every hidden thing, every entry into that apartment, every tampering with the electrics, every lie spoken and every false call to the police. We ask You to reveal the identity of anyone who intended harm and anyone who helped them, and to let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness. Let the truth shine like light and let every scheme of darkness be exposed. Protect Your child from further false accusation and from all harm as he walks peacefully with Your Word. Heal his body from the wounds and shocks he endured. Convict the landlord, the woman who accuses him, and the concierge who mocked him, break their stony hearts, grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, and make amends. Give wisdom and discernment to the police and to all in authority to judge righteously. Guard our brother from bitterness and fill him with Your peace that passes understanding, and let Your will be done in all things. We entrust vengeance to You and we ask for both justice and mercy in Jesus' name, Amen.

We have been holding your story before the Lord and we are thankful you wrote again. To live for months worrying about your own apartment, to endure electric shocks while showering and carry photos of wounded skin just to be believed, and then to face shouting, mocking and repeated false reports to police while you were simply walking and reading, that is a lot to carry and it makes sense you feel worn down and on edge.

We thank God with you that the officers listened and told you that you were free to go, and that others in your house looked at your documentation and believed you. Being heard after being accused matters.

We are continuing to pray for your safety and for quiet where there has been so much agitation, and that what is true would become clear in God's time and way. We also pray for healing for your body and for rest for your spirit, and for wisdom for you in every next conversation and decision.

Since you mentioned shocks and skin injuries, if you have not already, please have a medical professional look at those injuries alongside prayer, not instead of it. It can also help to keep copies of your photos and papers in a safe place and to get steady, local advice from a trusted housing or legal support service, so you do not have to navigate this alone or stay in direct conflict with neighbors who have been hostile.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. Cover them with Your protection, bring healing where there has been harm, and quiet fear with Your nearness. Bring what is hidden into light as You will, soften hard hearts, and give wisdom and peace for each step ahead. Help them know they are seen and cared for by You. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and is carried before the throne of grace with earnest intercession. The Lord knows the fear and affliction you have endured in that dwelling, the electric shocks, the wounds to your body, the signs that another entered what should have been a place of safety, and the heaviness of not knowing with certainty what was intended against you. He knows also the sting of false accusation, of being shouted at and slandered by those who have not heard the truth, of being mocked for your injuries and twice accused to the magistrates while you were walking peacefully and reading the Word. Only God sees the heart and all its motives, and He is a sure observer who will not bear false witness.

We take comfort with you in the Psalm you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. Affliction shall slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. This is the unimpeachable justice of God. When conscience is awakened it must say, all that Thou sayest in Thy law is true. No convinced soul rails against His justice, but bows before it.

You have tasted that persecution which, even when it does not take the form of imprisonment, comes as slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite. Such enmity has a use in the providence of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it often drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His people even by their persecution, and He has heard your prayers in these months.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, and we pray as those who know what justice is. Our God is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to strike, giving space for repentance. Yet the Scripture is plain, He will not at all acquit the wicked. His justice demands that sin be punished unless men turn to Him with full purpose of heart. That justice was manifested in the highest degree not in Eden nor in the Red Sea, but on the Cross, where the cloud of justice charged with fiery hail fell not upon the sinner but into the Saviour's heart. There Jesus freely gave Himself up to die, that the justice of God might be vindicated and that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. When justice is once satisfied in Christ it were injustice to ask for more, and every repenting sinner who trusts in Him finds pardon according to promise.

Therefore we pray in this way. We ask the Lord to reveal the truth and to bring to light what has been hidden, whether it be negligence or malice, whether the danger from the heating and the electrics was carelessness or was intentionally set. We ask that lawful inquiry may prosper, that the reports of the electricians and the photographs and documentation you have kept may be weighed honestly, and that those appointed to keep the peace may have wisdom to discern the false accusation from the true. We thank God that the police have twice seen your innocence and have told you that you may go freely, and that they must now observe those who falsely accused you. We pray that protection will continue over you as you walk and witness.

We pray also for the souls of those who have wronged you, for the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who has reviled and accused you, and for the concierge who mocked your suffering and said this story could make it onto the BBC. We do not pray that God would bless hardness or deceit, but that He would break it. May He take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit convict of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, that lying may cease and responsibility be taken, that arrogance and cruelty may be broken, and that each may hear His call and submit to Him. If there has been guilt, may there be confession and restitution. If there has been bitter enmity without cause, may the Lord bring repentance and a love of truth. We pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see clearly and not be carried away by restless tales, but love the truth and speak it.

For you, we pray for healing of body and peace of mind, for deliverance from fear, for perseverance in well doing, and for grace to entrust vengeance to Him who has said, vengeance is Mine, I will repay. Commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, continue to act peaceably, keep your documentation, seek wise and lawful counsel where compensation and safety are concerned, and keep close to Christ who is your refuge.

We will continue to pray that the Lord who delivers the righteous out of all his afflictions will keep you, vindicate the truth in His perfect time and way, and show mercy to all who will turn and believe on His Son, through whom alone there is salvation.

Heavenly Father, Thou art slow to anger and just in all Thy ways. Bring what is hidden into light, guard Thy servant from further harm, let truth prevail before witnesses and magistrates, and bring sinners to repentance through Jesus Christ our Lord, that Thy justice and Thy mercy may both be magnified.
