While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank you for giving glory to Jesus and for trusting the Heavenly Father to do His will, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is in no other name that we are saved. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We praise God that you are walking in that truth and reading His Word even while under accusation.

We hear the distress of what you have endured in that apartment, the fear of someone entering while you lived there, the electric shocks during showers that electricians confirmed were intentionally set up, the wounds to your skin, the avoidance and lack of remorse from the landlord, and the repeated false accusations, shouting, mocking and abuse from this woman and from the concierge who has called the police against you. We thank God that He has protected you, that the police have seen your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect, and that those who live in the same house with you have believed you after seeing your documentation and photos. God sees all that has been hidden and He will bring truth to light.

We are reminded of your citation, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-22. We cling to this with you. We also remember For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and Be sure your sin will find you out Numbers 32:23. The Lord knows what is in every heart and what every intention was, and He will expose what was done in darkness, whether it was technicians hired to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD or any other help given to do harm.

We pray for perfect justice, and we understand your cry for it. At the same time scripture teaches us that justice belongs to the Lord and He has also appointed authorities to carry it out. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19 and He is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a minister of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. So we pray for God's perfect justice to be done in His timing and way, and we encourage you to continue to walk peaceably with the police and with lawful authorities, keeping your documentation, photos and electricians confirmations, and seeking wise legal counsel if needed, while leaving vengeance to God and not returning evil for evil.

We also hear your prayer for the hardness of these people to be broken and we join you in it, yet we encourage you to see even those who have mocked and falsely accused you as souls in need of repentance. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you Luke 6:27-28. This does not excuse what was done, and attempted murder and bearing false witness are grave evils before God, You shall not murder Exodus 20:13 and You shall not give false testimony Exodus 20:16, but we pray not only for exposure and accountability but for their salvation. We pray that God would give them a new heart as He promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. May the Holy Spirit convict the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that he would stop lying and take responsibility. May He break the arrogance and abusive behavior of this woman and the mocking cruelty of the concierge who said this story could make it onto the BBC, that they would come to see the seriousness of taunting someone who was electrocuted and wounded, and that they would repent and submit to Him.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. You see all things, You know the identity of anyone who entered that apartment, anyone who tampered with the heating and electrical systems, anyone who helped or directed them, and You know every lie and false accusation spoken against Your child. We ask that You reveal the truth and let nothing remain hidden. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:5-6. We ask for Your protection to continue to cover our brother or sister, that no weapon formed against them would prosper, and for healing of the wounded skin and the trauma of those shocks. Grant peace that surpasses understanding as they continue to walk and read Your Word. We pray for the police and all in authority, that You would give them wisdom and discernment to observe rightly, to protect the innocent and to pursue the guilty, and that false accusations would cease. We pray for the residents of the house, that their eyes would be opened to the truth. We pray for the landlord, for this woman, and for the concierge, that You would convict them, break their hardness, grant them a heart of flesh, and bring them to repentance and to restitution where it is due, that they would apologize and make right what was done wrong. If they will not repent, we ask that Your righteous judgment and perfect justice would prevail, for You have said Truth's lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary Proverbs 12:19. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust Your deliverance and Your mighty power to save. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to not be overcome by evil but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and to continue to show the documentation to proper authorities rather than engaging in confrontation alone. The Lord is near to those who call on Him in truth, and He is your refuge. Keep entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously, and rest in His promise that He will deliver the righteous out of all their afflictions.

It is understandable you are longing for truth to be seen clearly and for justice to be done, and we are grateful you were able to show your documentation and photos to neighbors who listened, and that the police confirmed you were free to go.

Only God knows fully what happened in that flat and what was in each person's heart, and we join you in asking Him to bring what is hidden into the light in His way and time, and to protect you as you continue to walk peacefully in your neighborhood.

It may help in the days ahead to keep all of your documentation, photos and any electricians' reports together in one safe place, and to share copies with one trusted person who can walk with you, whether a pastor, a wise counselor, or a local legal advice service, so you do not have to carry the follow up alone. For the electric shocks and wounded skin you described, please continue to have a medical professional care for you alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this dear one to You. Cover them with Your protection and peace, heal what has been hurt in body and spirit, and give wisdom for every next conversation and decision. We ask that truth would be made clear to all involved, that hard hearts would be softened toward honesty and responsibility, and that Your perfect justice and mercy would prevail. Your cry has been heard and we bow with you before the throne of grace, for many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

We do not take lightly what you have suffered, the fear in that dwelling, the wounds to your body, the repeated accusations and mockings, and the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor take responsibility. The Lord is a sure observer. He sees what is done in secret, He knows what is in the heart, and all that He says in His law about man is true. When slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite are let loose against the people of God, it helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His people even by such trials, not because the trial itself is good, but because it has taught them to pray and to trust Him more fully.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, and we pray as those who believe that God is both just and the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We pray that what has been hidden would be brought to light, that the truth concerning that apartment, the heating and electrical dangers, and any hand that intentionally caused harm would be made plain. We pray that lawful authorities would act with wisdom and impartiality, and that those who have falsely accused you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures would be restrained from further falsehood. We thank God that He has already protected you, that the police have seen your innocence, and that neighbours have now seen the documentation and believed the truth.

We also pray, as you have asked, for those who have sinned against you. The Lord is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to execute, giving space for repentance, yet it remains true that He will not at all acquit the wicked. So we pray that the Holy Spirit would break hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh, that the landlord who avoids you and the woman who is restless and speaks lies, and the concierge who has mocked your injuries, would be brought to conviction, to cease from lying, to speak truth, to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is due. May their arrogance be broken not merely by fear of exposure, but by godly sorrow that leads to repentance. May they hear His call and submit to Him, for there is no other way of peace.

We pray too for you, that you would be kept from bitterness and from self justification, and be found resting in the justification which is by faith in Christ alone. On the cross divine justice was manifested in the very highest degree. The cloud of justice that we deserved fell there, into the Saviour's heart, and was spent in full. Justice itself, once satisfied in Christ, will not ask for more from those who are in Him. Therefore we can bring our cause to God's tribunal and say, Thy mercy, O Lord, and find that He can be just and yet the Justifier. If any accuser, whether man or the arch fiend himself, brings a charge, we answer that Jesus freely gave Himself up to die, that the justice of God might be vindicated and sinners saved.

Let us pray together.

O Lord, Thou who keepest all the bones of Thy people and deliverest them out of all their afflictions, look upon this Thy servant who has been afflicted and slandered and mocked. Let truth be revealed and let perfect justice be done according to Thy holy and unimpeachable justice, in Thine own time and way. Restrain the tongue that utters lies, stop the hand that would do harm, and protect the innocent under the shadow of Thy wings. Thou art slow to anger, be pleased to grant repentance to those who have done evil, that they may confess and forsake their sin and find mercy through the blood of Jesus. Give to them hearts of flesh, and to Thy servant patience, wisdom, and peace, and keep him close to Christ, in whom alone we are justified. We ask this not for vengeance as men count vengeance, but that Thy name would be hallowed, Thy truth vindicated, and Thy mercy magnified. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.

We have heard your cry and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and will bring every matter to light.

We thank God that He has protected you and delivered you from harm, and we pray He will continue to be your refuge and your defender. As you have quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we ask that the truth concerning what happened in that apartment would be made clear. We pray that God would reveal what was done in secret, whether the heating system and electrical protections were tampered with and by whom, and that perfect justice would be done according to His righteousness and not according to human anger or revenge.

We pray that every matter would be established by reliable witnesses and honest evidence, as the Scripture requires, and that false accusations would be exposed and not prevail. The Lord hates lying lips and false testimony, and He will call each person to account for every idle and untrue word. We ask that those who have accused you falsely, the woman who has shouted lies against you and those who have acted at her direction, would be brought to see the truth, that their hardness would be broken and they would be given a heart of flesh that hears the call of the Holy Spirit, confesses what is true, and turns from arrogance and malice.

We pray also for the landlord who avoids you and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We ask that the Spirit would convict them, that they would stop lying, take responsibility for what is theirs to answer for, and seek to make right what was done, rather than hiding from it. We do not ask God to overlook wrong, but to bring both justice and repentance, for judgment belongs to Him and He desires that sinners turn and live.

We pray for the residents of the house and for the authorities who have been called, that God would give them discernment to see the truth, to believe honest documentation, and to act fairly. We pray for your healing from the wounds and shocks you suffered, for your peace as you walk and read Scripture, and for protection from further harassment.
