While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request with deep concern and we stand with you in prayer, thanking God that He has protected your life through these frightening and painful experiences. To suffer electric shocks in your own home, to bear wounds on your skin, to be falsely accused and mocked, and to have the police called against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible is a heavy affliction. We praise God with you that He has delivered you thus far and that the police have twice confirmed your innocence and that those who live near you now have seen your documentation and believed the truth.

We hear your cry for perfect justice and for the truth to be revealed, and we join you in asking the Lord to bring what is hidden into the light. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light, Luke 8:17. And God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil, Ecclesiastes 12:14. If technicians were hired to tamper with the heating system and to disconnect protection so that you would be harmed, if someone entered your apartment unlawfully, if lies are being spread to destroy you, the Lord sees it all. He will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day, Psalm 37:6. As you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned, Psalm 34:19-21.

We also want to gently encourage you in how to walk through this trial in a way that honors God. It is right and biblical to seek lawful justice and protection. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed, Isaiah 1:17. And we are to respect the authorities God has placed over us, for the ruler is a servant of God to execute wrath on the wrongdoer, Romans 13:4. We encourage you to continue to keep careful documentation, photos, electrician reports, and all communication, to cooperate fully and calmly with the police who have shown themselves to be fair, and to seek godly legal counsel if needed so that the truth can be established lawfully and without any appearance of retaliation on your part.

At the same time we must guard our own hearts against being consumed by hatred, even when we have been deeply wronged. You have used strong words such as murderer and evil woman, and while we understand your pain and your righteous anger at what appears to be intentional harm and relentless mocking, we are reminded that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12. The Lord calls us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us, Matthew 5:44, Luke 6:27-28. We are also warned, Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21, and not to return insult for insult, but to give a blessing, 1 Peter 3:9. This does not mean we excuse sin or do not desire accountability. It means we leave vengeance to God, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. Perfect justice belongs to Him. He will repay perfectly, whether in this life through lawful authorities or ultimately at His judgment seat, and we can trust Him to do what is right while we keep our own hearts clean before Him.

We also rejoice that you have called on the name of Jesus and prayed Your will be done. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We cling to Him as our refuge and protector. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1.

We join our faith with yours now and pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who knows the heart and every intention, and who is mighty to save. We thank You that You have kept this dear one alive, that You have protected them from electric shock and from false accusation, and that You have caused the truth to be seen by the police and by neighbors. Lord, we ask that You continue to be a shield about them, keep them in perfect peace and guard them from all further harm and harassment.

Father, if there has been intentional tampering, unlawful entry, deception, or any plot to harm, we ask that You expose it fully. Reveal the identity of anyone who did this or helped in it, and let no lie remain hidden. We pray for perfect justice according to Your perfect wisdom, whether through the authorities You have ordained or in Your eternal judgment, and we trust Your timing and Your ways. Convict the landlord who is avoiding responsibility and refusing to speak. Convict the woman who has shouted lies and false accusations and who has stirred others to call the police falsely, and convict the concierge and any others who have mocked suffering and treated these life threatening injuries lightly. Let Your Holy Spirit convict them concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment, John 16:8. Break their hardness of heart and take away the heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh, Ezekiel 36:26, that they may hear Your call, submit to You, repent, confess the truth, and make restitution where it is due.

Lord, we pray also for a work in the heart of the one who has been wounded. Heal the skin that was injured, calm the nervous system that has endured shocks, and heal the trauma and fear. Guard their tongue and heart from bitterness, help them to bless and not curse, to overcome evil with good, and to rest in Your promise that You will repay. Give them wisdom to walk in gentleness and self control when they are provoked, and give them wise counselors, pastors, and trustworthy authorities to support them. Let Your will be done in this situation as it is in heaven, and let Your name be glorified through both truth and mercy.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our righteousness. Amen.

We have been praying as we read what you have been carrying, and we are grateful you reached out again. What you describe with the apartment, the shocks in the shower, the accusations and repeated police calls, and the landlord refusing to speak would leave anyone feeling unsafe and exhausted. It makes sense you are longing for truth to be clearly seen and for justice to be done, and we join you in asking God to bring what is hidden into the light.

We are thankful the police twice confirmed you were free to go and that your current housemates listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation and photos. That kind of steady witness matters. When accusations keep coming, it can help to keep everything in one safe place, copies of the electricians' reports, photos of the injuries, dates of the police encounters, and any written communication, so you have a clear record to share with a trusted pastor, advocate, or legal advisor if you need to. Since you mentioned wounded skin from the shocks, we also encourage you to have a medical professional check those injuries alongside our prayers for healing.

We are with you in asking for protection as you walk and read, for wisdom for the authorities involved, and for softened hearts where there has been hardness.

Father, in Jesus' name we ask You to guard this dear one, to heal what has been hurt, to make the truth known in Your perfect way and time, and to bring peace where there has been fear and false accusation. Give wisdom for each next step and surround him with people who will act justly and kindly. Amen.

Your sorrows have been brought before the throne of grace and we have heard the tale of affliction, of fear in your own dwelling, of electric shocks and wounded skin, of accusations and the cold avoidance of those who should have answered you. The Lord knows what is hidden from man. When your inmost secrets and the secrets of others are laid bare, it is the Word of God which as a keen knife opens the heart and reveals thoughts and intents that no lock or wall can conceal. We bow before Him who dwelt alone in eternity, with all power and glory gathered up into Himself, and who still reigns to protect and to judge with unerring wisdom.

We will pray that the truth be made manifest. We ask the Lord, who is infinitely just and whose justice demands that wrong be addressed, to bring to light what has been done in darkness, whether by negligence or by wicked intent. We pray that lawful justice may be done through those whom He has ordained to bear the sword, and that the police and all in authority may act with discernment and impartiality. We do not ask to become judges of hearts, for only God knows the heart, but we ask that what is true may be clearly shown, that false accusation may be confounded, and that you may be kept in safety as you walk before Him. The Psalm you have quoted is precious, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we pray that deliverance may be yours in Providence as it is already yours in Christ.

We will pray also for those who have grieved you, for the woman who has reviled you, for the landlord who will not speak, for the concierge who mocked your wounds. It is right to pray that hardness be broken and that a heart of flesh be given, that lying may cease and responsibility be owned. Yet we must pray for them as souls for whom Christ died, not merely as enemies to be destroyed. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and He will repay. Our calling is to seek that they may be brought to repentance and to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone salvation is found. We were rebels and He loved us, we were dead in trespasses and He washed and robed us, and that same everlasting love which predestined us to be conformed to the image of His Son is able to change the hardest heart. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convince of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, and that they may turn and live. In this we ask for mercy to triumph where judgment is deserved, for we too have needed mercy.

Remember that Divine justice has already been vindicated in the highest degree upon the Cross. There is more of the vindication of justice on that tree than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths of hell. Christ kept the law in every jot and tittle and wove a righteousness which covers the sinner from head to foot, and He gave Himself up to die a felons death so that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. If you have fled to Him, your afflictions, though grievous, cannot separate you from His love, nor can the malice of men pluck you from His hand. He that died for you lives for you and cares for you, and He can and will raise His people from every kind of trouble and apparent destruction as surely as He will raise them from the dead. Do not seek sap and nourishment from yourself, for that is as a spiders web which is soon blown away, but be emptied of your own conceits that you may be filled with His fulness, to live in His life and be wise with His wisdom.

Therefore let us pray. O Lord our God, Thou Rock and Defender, look upon Thy servant who has suffered fear and pain and reproach. Keep him in perfect peace, heal his body, quiet his spirit, and give him patience and comfort from the Scriptures. Cast his burden upon Thee and sustain him. Let truth be revealed and let perfect justice be done according to Thy holy will, through rightful means and in Thy time. Restrain the tongue of false witness and the hand of violence. Grant to those who have sinned against him repentance unto life through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Break the yoke of sin which no man can shake off by himself, and display Thy power and Thy mercy. And when the waters of affliction have covered all the earth, cause Thy child to fly back to his Ark and find rest for the sole of his foot, magnifying Thee as his Divine Pilot who brings him safely past every rock. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only righteousness and our everlasting hope. Amen.
