While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for His perfect justice, His protection, and His truth to be revealed.

We thank God that He has delivered you and protected your life through these afflictions. You quoted Psalm 34:21-23, and we claim with you what is written, Psalm 34:19-22 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. What you have endured with the apartment, the tampering with the heating and electrical system, the electric shocks and wounds to your skin, and the false accusations is grievous, and God sees it all.

We pray that what has been done in secret will be brought into the light, for it is written Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light. And Daniel 2:22 He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in darkness, and the light dwells with him. We ask the Lord to reveal the truth about who entered the apartment, who tampered with the wiring and the RCD, and who bears responsibility for these life-threatening conditions. We pray for perfect justice according to His righteousness, not according to our anger.

We also hear your pain toward the former landlord who avoids you and shows no remorse, and toward the woman and the concierge who have falsely accused you, mocked your injuries, called the police against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible, and spoken with arrogance. We understand the depth of this injustice and the mockery that wounds the heart even more than the body, especially when they said this story could make it onto the BBC and treated your suffering lightly. Yet we gently encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness and hatred, even as you rightly seek truth and justice. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us. Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. And Romans 12:19 Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

This does not mean we excuse wickedness or do not seek lawful justice. God has established authorities for this purpose, Romans 13:4 for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. We are thankful that the police have twice confirmed your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect and that they must now observe the other party who falsely accused you. We encourage you to continue to walk peaceably, to keep all documentation and photos safely, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the authorities, and to let God work through them for justice.

We also want to gently correct the language of condemnation. While actions can be evil and we do wrestle against spiritual forces, Ephesians 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, we are called to pray for people, not to declare them beyond redemption. God desires that all would come to repentance. We pray with you that hardness would be broken and that God would give a heart of flesh as He promised, Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.

So now we pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. Lord, You see all that has happened in that apartment, every hidden act, every intention of the heart. You saw the danger, the electric shocks, the wounds, and You preserved life. We thank You for Your protection and for vindicating innocence before the police and before neighbors. We ask You to continue to be a shield around our brother, to keep him safe as he walks and reads Your Word, Psalm 91:11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.

Father, reveal the truth. Expose what was done in darkness, whether it was tampering with the heating, disconnecting the RCD, or entering the dwelling unlawfully. Let the identity of anyone who acted with murderous intent and anyone who helped them be made known to the proper authorities, that perfect justice according to Your will may be done. Let no lie stand.

We pray for the former landlord, for the woman who has shouted accusations and spread lies, and for the concierge who mocked suffering and made false reports to the police. Lord, touch their hearts. Break their arrogance and hardness. Convict them by Your Holy Spirit of sin and of the need for truth. Grant them repentance, that they would stop lying, take responsibility, apologize, and make restitution where it is due. May they hear Your call and submit to You. We pray for the residents of the houses, that their eyes would be opened to see the truth and that they would not be swayed by false reports.

Lord, heal the wounds on the body and the wounds on the heart. Grant peace that surpasses understanding, Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Keep our brother from bitterness, help him to forgive as You have forgiven us, Ephesians 4:32 And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you, while still pursuing what is right and lawful.

We thank You, Jesus, that You are mighty to save and that Your will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust Your timing and Your perfect justice. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and our access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in peaceable conduct. Keep entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously, 1 Peter 2:23, and continue to let your light shine before those around you. The Lord is near to those who call upon Him in truth, and He will not forsake the righteous.

We are grateful to hear the officers listened, confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbors who saw your photos and documentation believed you. That kind of steady, calm truth-telling matters.

We are praying with you for truth to be made clear and for just action through the proper authorities, and also for your own peace and protection as you wait. One practical step that may help you carry this well is to keep all of your documentation together in one safe place - photos, electrician notes, medical notes about your skin and the shocks - and share copies with one trusted advocate or advisor, so you are not holding it alone. Since you experienced electric shocks and skin injuries, please also have a medical professional check you alongside prayer, not instead of it.

Father, we bring our brother before You. You see all that has happened and all that is still unclear. We ask for Your protection, for wisdom for those investigating, for truth to come to light, and for healing and rest for him. Grant him steady support nearby and guide his next steps. Your sorrowful and searching trial has been set before the Lord, and we join you in prayer that He who dwells alone in power and glory would bring truth into the light and keep you under the shadow of His wing.

We give thanks that the Lord has delivered you thus far. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps all his bones. You have tasted this deliverance when false accusations were brought and when those in authority saw your innocence and let you go freely. When the waters of affliction have covered all the earth, then we fly back to our Ark and find rest for the sole of our foot, and you have found that rest in Christ. We praise God with you that He is mighty to save and that He has preserved your life.

We pray now that perfect justice, which belongs to the Lord alone, may be done according to His holy wisdom. The justice of God was exhibited in dreadful forms when the deluge swept the earth, yet even there mercy provided an ark. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths, for there Christ bore the penalty that justice demanded, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. We therefore pray not with a spirit of vengeance, but with confidence that God is infinitely just and will not suffer unrighteousness to be hidden forever, and that He is infinitely merciful and desires repentance rather than destruction. If wicked hands have indeed tampered with the heating and with the protection against electric shock, and have sought harm against you, we pray that the Lord, who sees the secret intents of the heart as the priest's keen knife laid bare the sacrifice, would expose what has been done in darkness and bring it to the light, for the sake of truth and for the protection of others.

We pray for those of whom you speak, the former landlord, the woman who has accused you, and the one who has mocked your wounds and called the authorities against you. We do not ask God to bless hardness or deceit, but we ask that the Holy Spirit would convict them, break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what is true, and submit themselves to Him. May they hear His call while mercy still speaks, for mercy often stays the oration of justice that sinners might be driven to repentance and receive peace from the sceptre of God's love. We pray that the residents of that house and all who have heard lies may see the truth plainly, that your documentation and your wounds may be rightly understood, and that no further false report may prosper.

We pray for you, that you may have patience and comfort from the Scriptures. Cast your burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain you. He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. Continue to walk peacefully, to read the Word, to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, and to cooperate with lawful authority as you have done, leaving vengeance in the hands of Him to whom it belongs.

May the Lord keep you from all evil, may He turn the hearts of those who oppose you by His grace, and may He magnify His own power and wisdom in your deliverance, so that you may say with full assurance, The Lord lives and blessed be my Rock. We ask this trusting in the finished work of Christ, who has woven a righteousness which covers the sinner from head to foot, and who alone is our hope for justice and for mercy. Amen.
