While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request and we stand with you together before the Lord seeking His will in Jesus' name, thanking Him that He has protected your life and that He sees all that has been done in secret.

You have endured affliction, fear, false accusation, and mocking, and we grieve with you over the wounds to your body and the distress to your spirit. We praise God with you that He has delivered you and that the police have seen your innocence when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The Lord indeed keeps watch over His people and nothing is hidden from His sight.

As you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken Psalm 34:19-20. We also remember For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and But Yahweh says, Vengeance is mine, and recompense Deuteronomy 32:35 and Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

We join you in praying for perfect justice and for truth to be revealed. We pray that if there was intentional tampering with the heating system and the electrical protection that caused you to receive shocks while showering, that the Lord will expose it fully. We ask God to bring to light the identity of anyone who entered your former apartment without permission and anyone who helped or directed them, and to give wisdom and discernment to the authorities who are called to execute justice, for the governing authorities are a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4. We pray the investigators will have clarity and that every lie and false report will be shown for what it is, for Yahweh detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are faithful Proverbs 12:22 and God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil Ecclesiastes 12:14.

We also lift before the Lord the hardness you have encountered, the landlord who avoids you and the lack of remorse and compensation. We pray as you asked that the Holy Spirit will touch his heart and grant repentance and a willingness to take responsibility and to speak truth. We pray the same for the residents of that house, that they will see the truth and not be led astray by hearsay, and for the woman and the concierge who have accused and mocked you. We understand your pain when you describe them as evil and abusive, and the Lord knows the hurt caused when people shout lies and make light of suffering. Yet we gently encourage you as our brother in Christ to guard your own heart against hatred, for Jesus calls us to Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44 and Bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse Romans 12:14. We are not to repay evil for evil or insult for insult, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. To call a person evil in a final sense is to judge what only God can judge, and we pray instead that God will break any arrogance and cruelty and grant a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as He promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. May they hear His call, submit to Him, and come to repentance, for the Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance.

We pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have delivered our brother from harm. Lord, You see what was done in that apartment, You know every intention of every heart, and we ask that You reveal truth and establish perfect justice according to Your perfect wisdom. Let what was done in darkness be brought into light, and let every false accusation be silenced. We ask You to protect him still, to heal his wounded skin and to calm his spirit, and to keep him from fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self control. Give wisdom to the police and to any who have authority to investigate, that they will act justly and diligently. Soften the hearts of the former landlord, the woman, and the concierge, convict them of any wrongdoing, bring them to confess truth and to make restitution where it is due, and above all bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus. Keep our brother from bitterness, fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding, help him to continue to document truthfully, to walk peaceably, to bless those who have opposed him, and to trust that You are his defender and judge who will judge the world in righteousness Psalm 9:8. We pray that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and that all involved will see Your hand and give You glory. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only access to You and our only hope of salvation, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep all documentation and photographs safe, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police and with any lawful process, and to seek wise counsel if further legal steps are needed. Continue to commit your cause to the Lord who loves justice Psalm 37:28 and to pray for those who have opposed you, that God may grant them repentance. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, keep abiding in His Word and in prayer, and trust that He who has delivered you thus far will continue to be your refuge and strength.

We have read your updates carefully and we hear how exhausting and frightening these months have been - the shocks in your own home, the wounds to your skin, the accusations and police calls while you were simply walking and reading, and the silence from your landlord when you needed answers and care. It makes sense you feel on edge and worn down, and we are grateful the police confirmed your innocence and that your current housemates listened and believed you when you showed them what happened.

We are praying with you for truth to come to light and for just and lawful resolution, and for your safety and peace each day. Alongside prayer, please keep caring for your health and safety. If you have not already, we encourage you to have a doctor check the skin injuries and the effects of the electric shocks, and to keep copies of your photos, electricians' reports, and other documentation in a safe place where you can find them easily. It can also help to have one or two trusted people walk with you through this - a pastor, a wise advocate, or a support service - so you are not carrying the follow-up with authorities and the landlord alone.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. You see all that has happened and You know the truth. We ask for Your protection over him, for healing for his body, for wisdom for police and others involved, and for hearts to be softened to do what is right. Lead him step by step and give him rest in Your care. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we have brought it to the throne of grace with you. Many are indeed the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He who keeps all the bones of His people is the same God who sees in secret and will bring every hidden thing to light.

We do not wonder that you have been driven to prayer by this long trial. Persecution in whatever form it comes, whether by slander, by cruel mockings, or by venomous spite, has often been used by the Lord to drive His people nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else. God has blessed His church by her persecution, not because the wrong done to her is light, but because it speeds her course toward Him who judges righteously.

You ask that God would reveal the truth concerning what was done in that apartment, and that perfect justice would be done. This we do pray, and we pray it with confidence in the unimpeachable justice of God. When God declares what is right, conscience must say, It is true, for He is no false witness. He sees motives that are vile and objects that are sinful, and nothing is hid from His eyes. You are right to bring your cause to His tribunal and to wait His decision, for His mercy endures forever and His justice will not fail.

Know this, that divine justice has already been most fully manifest at the cross. There upon the accursed tree the Lord Jesus freely gave Himself, that the justice of God might be vindicated and that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. More of the vindication of justice was seen there in one hour than could be seen in an eternity of punishment. Therefore we can trust that same just God to do right in your case. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will repay. No lie will stand forever, no hidden hand will remain hidden from Him who searches hearts.

We join you then in prayer to our heavenly Father.

O Lord, Thou art just in all Thy ways. Thou knowest what was done in that dwelling, whether hands did tamper with what should have given warmth and safety, whether the devices that should have protected life were set aside, and whether any did conspire to harm. Bring truth into the light, we beseech Thee. Let what has been done in darkness be made manifest, that innocence may be cleared and guilt may be made plain. Guide those in authority who are charged to keep the peace, give them wisdom to discern false accusation from true, and let perfect justice be done according to Thy righteous law.

We pray also for those who have wronged and accused and mocked. Thou hast promised to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. Break, we pray Thee, the hardness that refuses remorse and will not speak truth. Touch the landlord who avoids confession, touch the woman whose tongue has been given to lies and railing, touch the subordinate who has mocked suffering and made light of grave danger. Convict them by Thy Holy Spirit, bring them to see their sin as Thou seest it, and grant them repentance that they may seek Thy mercy while it may be found. For we know that no sinner who truly sees the holiness of Thy law can rail against Thy justice, but will smite upon his breast and cry for grace.

Keep Thou Thy servant in safety. Thou hast delivered hitherto, and we thank Thee that when false charges were brought, those who examined found no fault. Continue to be a shield about him, guard his going out and coming in, and let him walk in peace, reading Thy Word without fear. Comfort him with the assurance that though men may utter false words and lying expressions, Thou art the sure observer who will vindicate Thine own.

We ask this not in the spirit of personal revenge, but in submission to Thy perfect will, trusting that Thou who didst love justice so much as to give Thy Son will do all things well. Let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Thy name be glorified whether by deliverance or by patient endurance, until the day when every wrong shall be set right.

We will continue to remember you before the Lord, that you may be kept steadfast, truthful in all your words, and resting upon that righteousness which is found only in Christ, where justice is satisfied and the sinner is forgiven.
