We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up your request before the Lord, that Jesus Christ would completely put an end to all the works of the devil and Satan, silence the mouths of the enemy, completely halt all the plans of the enemy for all time, and bind Satan and render him unable to carry out his work. We have been praying that every direct and indirect action and every connection or influence of the devil would be stopped completely by the power and authority of Jesus Christ.
We take comfort in the truth of Scripture that for this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil, 1 John 3:8, and that He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, Luke 10:19. We cling also to the promise that when we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us, James 4:7.
We are trusting with you that our Lord will continue to bring complete victory and protection and that His peace will guard your heart and mind.
