We lift this request before the Lord with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every opportunity comes from His hand. Father, we thank You for the chance given to this dear one to interview for this role. We ask that You would indeed bring to the hiring team’s remembrance their skills, qualifications, and godly character. May Your favor rest upon them as they wait, and may Your peace guard their heart in this season of anticipation.

Lord, we pray for patience to be cultivated in them, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Help them to trust in Your sovereign plan, whether the outcome aligns with their desires or not. Remind them that their worth is not defined by a job but by their identity in Christ. May they find joy in You alone, regardless of the result, and may this season draw them closer to Your heart.

We also take a moment to encourage this one in their faith. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even in uncertainty, God is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We pray that this truth would anchor their soul.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would open the right doors and close those that are not part of Your plan. May this one walk in confidence, not in their own strength, but in the assurance that You are their Provider and Sustainer. We pray for wisdom for the hiring team, that they would make decisions that align with Your will. Above all, may Your name be glorified in every detail.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
