We understand your concern and are here to pray with you regarding the difficult situation you're facing at your workplace. We will pray for the managers and the Christian security officers, as well as address the issues present.
Firstly, we are instructed to pray for those in authority over us. This is not conditional on how they are as people, as we are told to pray for all (1 Timothy 2:1-2). We should also work and obey our employers and supervisors unto the Lord (Colossians 3:22-25).
Since you have mentioned harassment, we should pray for the protection of these Christian security officers. It is important also that any harassment should be documented and reported to the appropriate people in the company and possibly the labor board if it does not stop. We should not be surprised if we are persecuted as Christians, but we should pray for strength and deliverance during these times.
We're instructed to work with all our heart at whatever we do (Colossians 3:23). It's important that these security officers should be seeking full-time work, not just for July, but as a part of diligent Christian living to be good stewards of the lives God has given them.

Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this difficult work situation. We pray for the managers at this company, that you would humble them and soften their hearts towards your people. May they stop any harassment and treat their employees with kindness, respect, and fairness. We are told in 1 Peter 2:18, Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked.
We also pray for the Christian security officers, asking that you would protect them from any mistreatment and provide for their needs. We ask that you would open up opportunities for full-time work not just in July, but year-round. We remember the promise of Proverbs 10:22, It is the blessing of Yahweh that makes one rich, and he adds no sorrow to it.
Lord, we ask that this situation would be resolved peacefully and that your will would be done in the lives of all those involved. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage everyone to remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10, Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Keep serving God faithfully, knowing that your reward is in heaven. Also, be sure to testify of Jesus, as he said to be witnesses of him even unto the uttermost parts of the earth (Acts 1:8). If anyone does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, they must repent and believe in Jesus (Acts 2:38, Mark 1:15, and Romans 10:9-10). It is only through Jesus that we can be saved, and only through him can we pray to God (Acts 4:12 and John 14:6).
